He's wrong! It is one spin, so it is a spin! You make one spin, you get the scatters and you win the feature game - all in ONE SPIN!

I'm going to explain just one more time: A Bonus Buy, when there's an active bonus, is not allowed (it's a standard rule at every casino) - the system allowed it because the platform itself may not have been fully equipped to disallow it, or that the casino system was lacking (platforms usually do have setbacks and lackings). Your approval was approved probably prematurely, until they realised later it was won from a Bonus Buy. They returned your 200 EUR because that amount of bet was not allowed (which the system failed to disallow) and shouldn't be deducted from your balance in the first place, hence the refund. The 12000 EUR shouldn't have been won from a 200 EUR bet, hence the confiscation. The casino is being honest by refunding back your 200 EUR. That's not picking and choosing as they like either.

The casino refunded back your 200 EUR because it was supposed to be not allowed, and they confiscated your 12000 EUR because that win was not supposed to have happened or won.

@jonnyveikko2006 Let me say what I think - they changed the wording (not the rule) because 'per spin' would mean one spin in the base game, but 'per transaction' would mean the total amount of that one spin, which would include any bonus buy amount or any gambled winning amount. It's not changing the rule, it's actually being more specific, as @Blackjax has said. The way I see it, you don't have a solid case against the casino, but that's just my opinion.

@cocopop3011 I've checked my Timeline and there is no such transaction! If there was, I would certainly have seen and read the notification.

@jonnyveikko2006 Hi there and welcome to the forum. As far as I know, you cannot exceed the maximum bet of 5 EUR when you play with bonus money, as in your case. Buying a 200 EUR Bonus Game exceeds this limit, even though the system did not automatically restricted it, Most casinos would consider buying a Bonus Game with bonus money, or whilst there's an active bonus in play, as a breach of their terms. Some casinos do not explicitly state this in their T&C or Bonus terms, but is automatically considered as a breach by the system. There have been numerous similar cases reported before and some got their deposits refunded back but most didn't.
