@cocopop3011 He did contact Live Chat and then submitted a screenshot of the reply, but it wasn't in English and it cannot be translated. I could see numbers (winning amount) being quoted but not the 1,00 bet figure. So, should his entry be counted as invalid then?

@cocopop3011 The only person here in the forum who doesn't speak or use English is @Vezynchik. He uses a translator all the time for his replies and comments. @Vezynchik Please take note and use English only in ALL your posts. Thanks.

@cocopop3011 There's one more issue that needs your clarification and/or confirmation: @formerPokerpro submitted a 937x winning entry but the game was played at Snatch Casino with bonus money (SND currency). Some time back, there were discussions held about certain casinos converting all bonus money into crypto equivalents, and were subsequently not accepted for contests. Snatch Casino was one of those casinos discussed. The screenshots shows fiat currency symbol but the bonus money used is actually in SND (Snatch Dollar), Snatch Casino's own currency, whereby 1 SND is equivalent to 1 USDT (crypto). So, is formerPokerpro's submission valid for this contest (this may affect other future contests too), or not be valid due to the SND currency used, even though fiat currency symbol was shown in the screenshots.

@cocopop3011 His entry only showed the winninng screenshot and the Replay screen, but the Bet History was not included. Without the Bet History, it cannot be ascertained if Bonus Buy or Extra Bet was used, although he did say it was a base game win. Usually such a case would not be accepted, but it's up to you to make the final decision. The Final Leaderboard may need to be updated too.

Some other members also do not think that the casino is crooked.

@Potatohead You can carry on playing at your favourite DelOro Casino if you like, but if your screenshots do not show the required PP Betting History, then your entry will not be accepted! No PP Bet History may be due to the casino's settings and may not be due to Pragmatic Play. That's why some certain casinos have blank Bet History pages but all others have proper pages.

@formerPokerpro Usually, the game's screenshots alone aren't sufficient because only the Bet History would show the actual bet made - if any other extra bet was used, that would be shown too. Try the casino bet history if it shows the required bet size and win amount. Otherwise, get confirmation from Live Chat that your bet size was the basic 0.10 (or whatever).

@bp54 Very sorry mate but I can't offer any assistance for you - I have NEVER dealt with any ADRs before.

@Potatohead Maybe you should stop playing at DelOro and play somewhere else where you can see and get the proper PP Bet History. Without any proper game Bet History screenshot I cannot accept your entry. @cocopop3011 You need to look into this and clarify please.

That is actually the History from the casino's log - you must get the Bet History from the game itself, whereby all the details are clearly shown, as what the other participants have submitted.

@bp54 I personally think that you should have realised by now, after all the responses you've gotten from various people, that your case simply CANNOT BE RESOLVED via a normal Mediator! The proofs you have shown are convincing, but it's your evidences against the casino's - what you really need are evidences from OFFICIAL RELEVANT BODIES, such as ADRs or even Lawyers, evidences collected by the right Bodies to support and fight for your case! Needless to say, this move may incur costs and fees to you, but that seems the ONLY WAY to resolve your case.

@Potatohead The Transaction History DOESN'T SHOW the required details, so I'm afraid you still need to submit the Bet History screenshot.
