  1. @meanuuu Any casino support team will only communicate with you via their official email! Othet than, do not believe whatever you receive or what they say! Several other members have also been getting PMs from 'supposedly' staff from Dafabet but all of them were using gmail email, not the official Dafabet email, so beware! If that PM is from Askgamblers, then it should come from email 'askgamblers.com'.
  2. @meanuuu ADR stands for Alternative Dispute Resolution ... these are legal companies that offer assistance to anyone seeking an alternative way of getting a resolution to their dispute in question. I don't know if there's an ADR Provider stated in Dafabet's T&C, but if there is one, you can then refer your case to that provider. Or else, just stick with AGCCS for the time being.
  3. Money can be stolen or redirected into another account by capable hackers! Sometimes, it can even be by one of the casino staff doing it, but I'm not accusing anything for now. There's nothing you can do but to try and get some professional help to investigate your case...maybe an ADR provider.
  4. This seems like a stolen deposit case to me...but hope not!
  5. @meanuuu If your deposit was correctly done, and you have all the proofs needed, you can file a complaint here using AGCCS to get your money credited in or refunded. There is simply no reason why Dafabet is taking over 9 months to validate your credit!
  6. His IP showed Romania, but now I cannot recheck it (no longer moderating ).
  7. Back in those days, I was regularly playing Microgaming's Supe It Up, and NetEnt's Jack And The Beanstalk + Creature From The Black Lagoon, my old favourites.
  8. @meanuuu I've just realised that your country does not support UPI transactions, so perhaps you had used VPN or someone else's account (third party) to make that deposit?
  9. @Blackjax Maybe you are more familiar with UPI and INR, so any comments would be appreciated.
  10. @meanuuu First of all, we are here to help out members who need help, freely and willingly, so there's no need to offer any reward incentives please. Secondly, your deposit/s may have been stolen or rerouted elsewhere by hackers (usually deposits in crypto currencies), so we need to know by which method you had used. Thirdly, the casino may not have received your deposit/s due to some unseen technical glitches or loopholes, which again my have been caused on purpose by capable people. Fourthly, it must be a considerable amount of money that you had deposited, or elsewhere this 'disappearance' shouldn't have happened at all. There have been reported cases whereby deposits were not received by the casino due to technicalities issues, but were later on credited into the accounts once the issues were resolved. So you really need to let us know what and how your deposit/s went into limbo, or disappeared before we can give further advices.
  11. @meanuuu Hi there and welcome to the forum. Your deposit has been pending for 9 months? That is absolutely ridiculous and insane! Please tell us what deposit method you had used, how much that deposit amount was/is, and what reasons have Dafabet Casino given you for such an absurd delay?
  12. @makspr Hi there and welcome to the forum. I don't play crash game but perhaps someone else can join in the discussion with you.
  13. @TaDaGamingOfficial Hi there and a big welcome to our forum! It's good to have yet one more provider rep here at Askgambers, but to really make it official, you need to contact Askgamblers by email so as to get yourself registered as the official rep of TadaGaming.
  14. @David96 Hi there and welcome to the forum. The casino has informed you that there's a lot of work to be done, probably a long queue in the withdrawal claims, so the best thing is to give it some more reasonable time, maybe even 2 weeks more - then see if there's any new update.
  15. I think he's scared of not meeting this month dateline - today is the last day!
  16. @cocopop3011 Have you looked at the final leaderboard yet? Maiwen's situation needs to be decided upon - his last day entry to be accepted or not (he'd been active only for 1 day during the contest!)
  17. Hi there and welcome to the forum. If you're using the code shown here, it's been 2 years since then, so it surely doesn't work now! Trying searching for the current code instead! Good luck.
  18. @prish15 The casino may have shown proof to the Askgamblers team that you broke the casino/bonus terms and hence your complaint was rejected. Unfortunately, the AGCCS team is not obliged to show you the proof/s submitted to them by the casino.
  19. @mrleecroft Hi there and welcome to the casino. Since Ignition Casino is not listed at Askgamblers, you cannot file a complaint here unfortunately, but you can always try at other forum websites. Anyhow, maybe someone here who has experienced a similar incident as you may be able to give some comments.
  20. @perceptive541 Hi there and welcome to the forum. It seems to me that your account may be temporarily disabled - to make you learn a lesson to be polite all the time to any casino's host! Yes, this sort of thing has happened before, albeit very rarely I must say, but the casino has the right to take disciplinary action against a player if needed to. Wait for the 'cooling off' time to pass and try to log in again later, but I really wouldn't know how much later though - could be 1 week, could be 1 month, could be less even.
  21. @KL9933 Wow! What a lucky last spin win that was! Congrats and enjoy!
  22. @aishah.12 Hi there and welcome to the forum. Several circumstances may affect the speed or slowness of a withdrawal - it may also be caused by the casino needing to do a thorough scrutinisation of your gameplay and/or account, which may delay things for a week or two. If it's been only a few days ago that you made your withdrawal, then I would suggest giving the casino a little bit more time to do their work.
  23. @Blackjax The Premium contest is specifically meant for all Premium members, so they automatically qualify to participate, PROVIDED of course they have been active in the forum in the last 30 days. Only invited participants need to be looked into, whether they have been active or not. There's no need to further complicate simple rules.
  24. If I'm completely in charge of running a contest (which I am not), I will make each and every contest to be as fair as possible for every participant! How to implement that? Simple - I would preselect 1, 2 or 3 games from one provider for each contest (different month different provider), then run the contest on just the named games. No other games allowed! A contest at any casino DO NOT allow you to play any game that you want does it? It tells you which game to play and only those games can be played - so every participant gets the same chance at winning, FAIRLY and SQUARELY! If anyone doesn't like this kind of strict contest rules, no one is forcing anyone to participate! If everyone prefers complete freedom of choice in the games they want to play, then there shouldn't be any game restrictions at all - play whichever game you want, as you want, anytime you want! I would also BAN LAST DAY ENTRY of screenshots for any contest - the 1st screenshot submitted for any contest MUST NOT BE ON THE VERY LAST DAY!
