@lkkolokoy To be very frank with you, I don't like Pragmatic games at all! I play a few of their games ONLY when I have to, specifically for contests at Askgamblers. I normally avoid them as much as possible - their games are poison to me, not meat!

My favourites are none other than Heavenly Ruler, Thai Paradise (Playtech), Great Warrior, Roman Legion and La Dolce Vita (Gamomat), but these games cannot be played with bonus money now - WTF!

First of all, you need to prepare all your documents for the KYC approval - photo of ID, proof of address, proof of deposit method you had used (bank or e-wallet), plus possibly even a selfie. @1nertia Your winning screenshot doesn't show the game's title nor the casino's name, which is a requirement for the screenshot to be valid, and you also need to show the log from the Bet History. Replay the game and retake the screenshots to show all the required details. Please read the contest rules as well.

@vegas_local This topic has been discussed here in this forum not too long back, so it may be a pain to repeat oneself! Anyway, as for me, RTPs are for the stray cats! I couldn't be bothered whether my favourite game is playing with 92%, 94% or 96% RTP - what matters the most to me is how the game is playing? If it is not playing like it should be doing, then I won't play that game again at that casino, simply because something is not going right there! No, I hardly ever check first on what RTP my game would be playing on!

The way I see it, if a screenshot cannot be used twice, then the time frame for that rule would include BEFORE AND/OR AFTER that screenshot was used.

This is a tricky situation! If a country is restricted, the casino has the right to confiscate all your winnings and refund your last deposit, or your deposits since the country restriction came into play (depending on the casino's discretion).

@cocopop3011 So, is @Flatzem888's 602x screenshot acceptable for this contest after he deletes the other one at CM, or be considered as disqualified for using the same screenshot twice (breaking the contest rule)?
