@Balahs Let me be very honest and blunt...there is no more balance in your account right?com I'm afraid you cannot get any refund because you had spent it all away, it's not like the casino confiscated your balance (which may still be able to be refunded). Not only that, I think no one can really do anything more to help you mate, simply because as I've said, your money wasn't confiscated, or stolen, or lost in transit, and there's literally nothing left to get a refund from.

Very sad to hear your account got hacked and money stolen mate, but many others have experienced similar incidents at various casinos too, so you're not the only one. I really don't know how to resolve a hacked account case, simply because it is so hard to show solid proof that it wasn't done by you on purpose, or that someone else got hold of your account and misused it. Hope someone here can give better advice for you mate.

The casino cannot refund any of your deposits because no self-exclusion had been activated by you at their casino.. Some casinos do not close any of their customer's account but would ask them to use the Responsible Gambling Tools instead, which the casino did ask you to do. You can label all their promotional emails as junk, so you don't have to read them. Unsubscribing may or may not work, as I myself keep getting unwanted emails that I have unsubscribed to. Have you applied for GAMSTOP assistance yet?

A good provider will always listen to what their customers say or complains - it is for their own good and to be better moving forward, if they wish too!

Deposits must be under your name, using your card and using your own account. Using someone else's account is definitely a violation of the casino's terms!
