@3DNecaise From all the chats above, it looks like the system has permanently blocked and locked your account, and all your winnings may have been confiscated. Suspicious game activity could mean several things, and in your case, it could also mean that you have WON TOO MUCH as against your total deposited amount. I had a similar experience many years ago at 2 casinos due to winning too much! First they blocked all bonuses from me, then later they blocked my account, then I simply closed my accounts with the 2 casinos!

There are no specific rules in this contest. As long as the screenshot is taken within the validity period, it qualifies.

When anyone write without using commas (,) or full stops (.), the entire passage becomes confusing and hard to catch what is being written. @Acuraboi85 English may not be your language, and probably you are using a translator, so making your sentences short, with commas and fullstops, would make your sentences clearer. Right now, I too cannot really catch what you are trying to say, except that the casino has not paid you and the customer service is not helping you either.

@memfq1 If you have a better screenshot, showing more details, then probably someone can detect the casino. With nothing showing, it's really impossible to detect anything.
