@Jonny Hi there and welcome to the forum. First of all, Live Chat services may not be from the casino itself - it may be an outside resource, so they are not capable of doing many things. They told you to write to the casino's Support Team and request for closure of your account, which they did after you had written officially to them. About a refund of your deposits, it may depend on Tsars casino discretion to give it or not. You may also file an official complaint using Askgamblers AGCCS facility to try and get a refund from the casino.

@Ultras34 Bro, Cocopop has already mentioned it a few times already over various contests - whatever prizes not claimed are considered burnt and cannot be distributed amongst the winners. Only Askgamblers own contests can be considered to do such.

There were 2 links posted in the poll, one for each game (Ancient Egypt and Royal Crown), but both doesn't work, I wanted to remove the 2 links but I couldn't edit them. Now the entire poll has been removed by the OP.

If it is not listed, then I'm afraid you are not able to submit your complaint using the AGCCS facility. You will need to use the casino's ADR provider, if provided, or complain directly to the Licensing Authority.

@Daneski Nobody likes rules, but rules are rules and meant to be followed, like it or not. If you don't like it, you don't have to enter the contest. The choice is always free for everyone.

Ancient Egypt is by Pragmatic Play (Book game); Royal Crown is by BF Games (Fruits game). I would prefer Ancient Egypt but I don't really like it - have played the game numerous of times before! Royal Crown fruits game is quite boring to be honest!
