      @NaTaS2029 Hi there and welcome tothe forum. You can look for their license badge at the bottom of the homepage at their website. Clicking on it should redirect you to the licensing authority homepage - if it doesn't work, then the badge may be a fake. Some casinos do not show their license badge, so you'd have to check out its casino review at casino forum websites, or use Google search.

      Next time avoid playing at casinos that do such ridiculous things! There 's been one similar case recently with the same withdrawal issue - paid a portion of total claimed, returned to balance the rest - which is ridiculous!

You need to use the AGCCS facility in order to file an official complaint against the casino and get assistance from the AGCCS to resolve the matter. Coming back to your question - the answer is 99% a SCAM! There are already lots of similar reported cases here in the forum, so you can browse around the topics, find them and read them - most if not all of them were SCAM!

I would suggest you try out other available options you can find, like at some other forums, or an ADR provider. Seems to me it's yet one more case involving cyrpto currency withdrawal at a shady casino!
