Coming back to your question - the answer is 99% a SCAM! There are already lots of similar reported cases here in the forum, so you can browse around the topics, find them and read them - most if not all of them were SCAM!

      @Sahil_0912 Unfortunately, 1Win Casino is not listed at Askgamblers, so I'm afraid you won't be able to file your complaint here using the AGCCS facility. I would suggest you try out other available options you can find, like at some other forums, or an ADR provider. Seems to me it's yet one more case involving cyrpto currency withdrawal at a shady casino!

      Well mate, Askgamblers won't be able to help you, as I've said earlier, but you can try elsewhere, or even contact an ADR provider if necessary. You can also try complaining directly to UKGC though.

      I too have learned a good lesson lately - always to check the bet amount BEFORE making the first spin! It happened on the game True Love - lost over RM95 in a matter of seconds, at RM10 bet per spin! Luckily I started on a small balance, then the 'out of sufficient funds' message popped onscreen. Yeah, that was truly DISGUSTING!
