  1. The above discussions are mostly about March's payment - you have misread and misunderstood them. No, no one has received their March payment as yet!
  2. @cocopop3011 To be blunt but honest, I think extending the period to 21 working days is way too long! 14 days is reasonable enough as it is, so all it really requires is early submission of the payment invoices...unless the financial dept has already set a specific no-earlier-than date for invoices submission.
  3. @Boss022 If you have submitted all the necessary information and screenshots, yet it was rejected, then it obviously means that it is BEYOND AGCCS scope to resolve the situation for you. Therefore, you have to try with an ADR provider instead, or directly contact the concerned Licensing Authority. Certain situations and matters are not within the scope of AGCCS Team and this has happened here so many times before.
  4. @carbonmam Can you please stop repeating your posts all over the forum? This is the 3rd same post already!
  5. @cocopop3011 True, nothing has really changed in a sense, but we members are now getting our payments shifted from mid-month to end month and now to early-month-after, even though it's still having the same 14 workng days period! Payments are indeed falling behind the usual expected dates.
  6. @cocopop3011 Why are the same bonus offers posted twice? The same is happening with the latest welcome bonuses as well. One offer is restricted for me, the second same one is not...strange!
  7. Oh dear me...still no payment today! It'd better be tomorrow cause these delays are becoming a norm lately!
  8. I visited their website and it's a crypto casino, with a free bonus reward after registration. Maybe @Henryray123 was using this free bonus? If so, then it is normal for crypto casinos to require an initial deposit to verify the player's account. Usually also, the player would then need to make 1 or 2 more deposits just to process the withdrawal claim!
  9. @Boss022 Here are the links to AGCCS that you can use - the first is to the Guidelines, the second to the actual Complaint Form: https://www.askgamblers.com/complaint-guidelines https://www.askgamblers.com/submit-complaint Follow the requirements carefully, include as much details, information and screenshots of proofs as you can, then submit the Complaint Form. Good luck!
  10. @Boss022 Have you submitted all the above points to the casino and have they respond? If no response from them then maybe it's time to get AGCCS here for further assistance.
  11. @Boss022 Provider restriction is not the same as casino restriction - there are a number of casinos that do not restrict certain countries (KYC allowed) but such players are restricted by certain providers, so they cannot play these restricted games.
  12. @Beatrice06 Hi there. Can you elaborate on why NV Casino didn't pay your winnings? Did your KYC submission got rejected too?
  13. @herry888 Hi there. Usually, whenever a casino rejects a player's KYC approval submission, it may be due to not meeting the documentation requirements, or unclear document images, or not actual photos as required. Have you tried writing in to their Support or KYC Team for a clear and defenitive answer for the rejection?
  14. @Joaocarrapico You mean the casino (Slotlair) does not have the relevant Responsible Gambling tools for you to set your limits and self-exclusion yourself? There are quite a number of casinos that do not have all the required tools and some casinos even don't respond to players requests for assistance. Best to avoid such casinos if you have gambling problems.
  15. @Boss022 Did you take a deposit bonus when you played at Pinco? Also, is your country on its restricted list and did you use a VPN to bypass the restriction? If your answer is "no" for both questions, the the game and provider may be restricted for your country. A technical malfunction may refer to the casino's system for not restricting your play when it should have.

  17. @Flatzem888 Are you using AGCCS to try and get your balance back, or you're waiting for the casino to respond to you?

  19. @cocopop3011 I do have one local casino that I would like to see added into AG'sdirectory. Please see your PM. Thanks.
  20. @cocopop3011 I think this post by @delgadonger13 should be moved to the relevant topic.
  21. @delgadonger13 Hi there again and welcome to the forum. Your minor child already has a gambling addiction? OMG!!! The reason why the casino mBit never asked for your child's identification is probably because it's a CRYPTO currency casino. These type of casinos usually only do KYC (KnowYourCustomer) procedures when the player makes a withdrawal claim. As long as no such claim has been made, the player can carry on depositing without any restrictions or control! Another thing is, crypto casinos are NOT STRICTLY REGULATED by their Licensing Authorities simply because crypto currency is a virtual currency, unlike fiat currency. Have you written in to the casino indicating and proving that your child shouldn't be allowed to play at any casino?
  22. @delgadonger13 Here's something simple for you to think about - can a corrupt policeman catch a thief and lock him up? YES he can!
