@mario.ribard Hi there and welcome to the forum. Too bad Hook Casino is not listed here at Askgamblers but thank you for your input - hopefully readers will take note and take heed of your advice. The casino may be having shortage of funds to make payments, and if that's the case, many other players may also be waiting for their payments. Since there is no breach of terms or any other accusations put upon you, you just have to wait and be more patient - hopefully, good news may eventually come by.

@Joshyyy Your country (according to your IP address used) is restricted from registering/playing at Minebit Casino - how you managed to sign up in the first place is questionable. Usually, if a player's account has been closed due to country restriction, then the casino should refund your deposits. The casino can only confiscate your balance if there was a definite breach of T&C rule/term done by you. As far as I know, there shouldn't be any other reason to close your account except under Responsible Gambling terms....but I cannot be certain of course.

All AG contests require a bet history screenshot to ascertain that no bonus buy or extra boost was used.

Firstly, it was a huge no-deposit promo that you had won a lot from, and they're asking you to deposit $100 for account verification, then it is most probably a SCAM!!! There has been way too many reported cases here in this forum itself and yours is yet another one. You can Google (AI Mode) and see what the AI says - whether it is a legit casino or not.
