  2. Hehe! I don't think it's players refuse to accept, it's just some players like to have their own philosophy of how slots work. And if they think the stop button works for them then its what works for them. I used to be one of these players, however I of course know now how they work. But my beliefs at the time is what made gambling so exciting. So I just think its each to your own. It doesn't really matter whether or not the stop button will change the outcome of the spin it's what works for each individual player. And I don;t want to take anyones belief. If that makes sense??

  5. Okay so for me I like to know a mixture of different things, somethings I don't need to know as I would check for myself anyway. Let me explain: So first and foremost I obviously want to know the gaming providers at the casino. For me the perfect review doesn't need to go into too much details about the games because this is something that I would check before registering anyway. But knowing the gaming providers will tell me whether or not I would even consider looking at the casino. Secondly (and this isn't my order just everything I think would be in a perfect review) I would want to know how I can play at the casino. So is it instant play or download and of course whether or not they have a mobile casino. If they have mobile casino I want to be able know that I can play it from my mobile browser and I don't NEED to download an app. Then a very important part for me is knowing the support options available. If they have live chat I want to know this and whether or not it's available 24/7. If there isn't live chat I'd like to know what other options are available. Also I would like to know what kind of service is offered by the live chat, whether they are multi-lingual etc. Having live chat isn't the be all and end all as we all know. Some live chat facilities are awful and IMO they may as well not have the service. However I understand that something like that is difficult to incorporate in a review as it would come down to personal opinion. Next are bonuses - a review IMO should include whether or not bonuses are available and to what countries they are available to. Just as important are country restrictions for playing in the casino.If the casinos primary language isn't English I would want to know this too. When it comes to banking/security and fairness I'm not overally fussed on whether a review goes into too much information about this. One or two lines would be fine. When it comes to terms and conditions I don't think these should really be included to much, my prefect review would get boring if I was reading the t&c's. Again this is just my opinion. However, your point surrounding terms and conditions Valdes is one well made. And more often or not a problem occurs due to something regarding t + c's. So if something stood out that would appeal to most players then yes I agree this should of course be written in the review. At the moment I can't think of anything else There are of course loads of things I would love to see in a review, but these are things that I can find out for myself.

However don't let this dishearten you because there are other avenues you can take. Have you heard of the UK Gambling Commission? Full tilt are licensed and regulated by the UKGC and they have a full disputes procedure in place which means you can refer your issue for them to investigate. However they will first require you to lodge a complaint with the casino in question and give them sufficient time to respond. Have you raised an official complaint with the casino? If not, then your next step would be to do this. You can check the casinos terms and conditions for their complaint information. It should also give you a timescale in which to expect a response. If, after you have received a reply or they don't reply within the specified timescale you can then open a dispute with the UKGC. This LINK will then be of some use to you. Before you do that, we also have another admin here Valdes. He is your man to talk to when it comes to complaints, so what I would suggest is you first wait to hear off him he may be able to give you some better advise. He will be along shortly.
