      Bonus vs No bonus is a tough one and it will always come down to personal preference. Going back two years you'd never see me depositing without a bonus, I'd go from new casino to new casino just so that I always had a bonus to play with. But how the tables have turned now! I also agree with blondie - a wagering with 40x bonus and deposit may as well be suicide!

      Hello Eric and welcome to the forum At the moment I prefer to play without bonuses. When I do play with a bonus there's no strategy for the wagering I simply play the games I think are best to complete the job! And how about you? Do you like to play with a bonus?

      Well now we are almost at the end of 2015 I've come to the conclusion that this year is really hard for me to judge. When I started this thread I said I was at a loss and me withdrawals since that post have been very little. However I have no idea how much I have actually deposited this year and how much I have withdrawn, all I know is that this year has been the year I have spent the least time gambling. So, going into next year I hope to be able to play a little bit more, hopefully then I'll get to withdraw some more!

      So, we're coming to the end of 2015, I was wondering if any of you used something to keep track of your budget this year? Maybe an app, or a spreadsheet or the old fashioned way of writing it all down? I haven't, only because my budget really isn't that high, this year has been my lowest budget ever in fact!       Happy Christmas Eve everyone! I'm soooo excited! Sophie is 11 and she already doesn't believe in Santa anymore even though I've told her he's REAL! (I've seen him) but the great thing is now we have Jessica the magic of Santa will continue for another 10 years! So today for my family involves last minute shopping this morning, kids get to open their Christmas Eve boxes (Xmas pyjamas, Xmas DVD to watch tonight and snacks). Then tonight it's leaving things for Santa and his reindeers! I hope everyone has a fab day whatever it is you may do

      Your absolutely spot on! Of course you have to lose to win, no one ever wins, wins, wins! Never go into a session expecting to win because chances are you'll be disappointed. I go into my sessions expecting nothing but a gaming session which I enjoy, anything extra I get out of it is a bonus. Just my opinion of course.

      Picking up on your point about gambling alone - this is the same for me. I like to gamble in private, I'd never go round a friends house and just start spinning slots on my phone in front of people! Privacy is very important!
