      Hello mgaadm and welcome to the forum I'm afraid the lovely Luciana no longer works for us however I'd be happy to help! By Scratch Off cards I assume you means Scratchcards? Have you ever bought a scratchcard from a shop or a retailer if so then they are pretty much the same thing. If you haven't, how a scratchcard basically works is that you have a virtual card and you have to scratch off an area which could display symbols or amounts. Usually three matching symbols or amounts will win u a cash prize. However there's hundreds of different variants, but that's the basic jist of it. May I ask why it's Scratchcards your interested in?

      Hello trinity187 - I agree actually how misleading this game is and if it wasn't for Valdes' explanation I'm afraid I think I would have been leaning towards the way you were thinking too. Valdes is of course right but I do believe the way this slot is designed is very confusing.

      Hello ozmikeli and welcome to the forum I'm sorry to hear you've had a problem with the casino but as FAZ already mentioned when you hit max bet what you should have done is contact live chat straight away to let them know. I assume you knew what the max bet was since you read the terms and conditions right? Once you knew you had accidentally gone over the max bet allowed you should have stopped play until support were made aware. In regards to other casinos - I'm afraid each casino is different and will handle the 'max bet' rule differently. It doesn't make Caribic Casino a scam which is why I have edited your title accordingly.

      I know understand how your no wagering requirements work and I'm not sure whether or not it would be for me. If I deposited £20 and got a £100 bonus I'd have to make sure I won over £120 on bingo to even consider the smallest of deposits. To do this in Bingo is not always easy.       Hello ramszs and welcome to the forum. I'm not sure you can call it stealing if you played the money. However what I would suggest is that you pick a casino with a much shorter pending period, bearing in mind first withdrawals will always take longer.
