  1. So another update on my withdrawal 3rd document sent as you all know, went to live chat today they reckon this wasn't received either. So for the 4th time I sent my documents to the exact same email address and asked them to check for it straight away. As if by complete magic it arrived! So they now have it - I expect the next time I speak to them it will be low resolution again

  14. OMG! So...I'm almost ready to blow my top now! Literally. Another conversation with live chat. Now they are saying they never received my second document! Even though I sent it to the exact same email address, from the exact same email address and it's showing as SENT in my mailbox! So, a 3rd document has been sent. I'll give them until Monday before I chase it up All this for £60

  16. I don't think I'd ever want to risk loosing so much money, I'm pretty sure if I ever get to £5K again it will be coming home with me, but as you say never say never!
  17. So, I've completed my Christmas food shop (earlier than planned)! Started at 2pm got home at 7:30pm and let me tell you my pockets are a LOT LIGHTER!

  22. My driving license was verified shortly after I deposited they said my age wasn't verified so they needed that straight away. It's the utility bill I'm having problems with!
