      WOW !! I'm actually lost for words you know - and it's not very often that happens. I have to say as well though you've done a super job IMO of investigating this. I don't check the CM forum - what is the stance there on this then?

      Oh dear that's such a shame, but I have to admit I am exactly the same. First impressions really do count and if I'm instantly put off a casino for whatever reason it may be, especially if it's support it's really hard for me to come back from that.

      Yep couldn't agree more raver. What I struggle to get my head around is how a company so big and so popular as Skrill fail to see that their support needs some serious improvement! I have to admit I've never had much to do with Neteller support, the times I 've used them, although I can't remember I assume must have been okay since I would have remembered if it wasn't. I don't think any other e-wallet company has even come close to Skrill or Neteller yet but I do hope in the future another giant will come forward that I can start using again.

      I'm really not using Neteller or Skrill these day - well at very very minimum. But nothing surprises me with them!

      I'm sure some of you may have already figured this out - but we now have the search facility back for forum threads. So if you can't find the thread you want to post in but you know the name of it you can use the search facility. If you don't see it in the list just click 'View all' and it will be in the list somewhere. It's such an awesome feature I think I use it loads!

      Oh my god no licence, no SSL encryption! It's every gamblers worst nightmare. So much for jumping in Harry. I'm so shocked that this is a Microgaming casino it just goes to show that these days you have to be so careful. I'm a player myself that is rather careless, when I see providers like NerEnt, MG I'll automatically assume the casino is safe - How wrong was I! This is actually a lesson to us all thank you so much for sharing the experience.
