  9. Hi everyone I'm not sure of how many of us here now use auto spin all the time? I'm pretty much using it all the time and very rarely being able to actually watch my sessions, just going back to them now and again. Most of the time seeing my balance considerably less or around the same. BUT....Don't you just love it when you check your screens and your balance has gone up by a HUGE amount!! It hasn't happened to me recently but it's happened loads of times in the past. Just wondered if I'm alone on this or if we all pretty much experience this?   11. I've been playing this slot solid for the last two days and my conclusion is that you're never really going to hit huge wins, well not within my betting range anyway. Free spins are awful, very disappointed, I;m also disappointed with the features, really thought NetEnt would pull something out of the bag for this one.However, I do think it's a great slot for wagering!   12. No the money definitely wasn't taken from my account. But even on the deposit I done yesterday after it was completed it took me back to cashier page as if the payment hadn't gone through. I thought here we go again, clicked Visa again and it said payment already processed but not in my account. Checked my bank the money was taken logged back into casino and thankfully both my deposit and bonus was there. Haven't played my free spins yet though, they're on guns n roses..I probably should check they're there actually. Don't want to play them yet though.

Well here's the problem matas - even though I know you were unaware you broke their terms, and I honestly believe you are being genuine here because I get it, you did break the terms and that usually means that a complaint will not be approved. However...Since the casino hasn't actually confirmed that this is the reason they have closed your account, it's merely an assumption I would submit your complaint on the basis that you do not know the reason why your account has been closed. After all not all casinos will block you because you use a shared IP - On the contrary me and my partner play in loads of casinos that are the same.   20. Hi Anthony, I've deleted your attachment as it had some of your personal details on. I agree with Awena, since this dispute goes back to 2013 as you state I think its perfectly acceptable for Neteller to ask for proof. How come you are only now noticing these transactions?
