      Agreed and I've said this right from the get go that the wagering limit is set too high. When the battles were first launched it was the first I proposed to the rep that maybe they should look at lowering the wagering, but I guess it's fallen on deaf ears for now. Hopefully it's something they'll look at improving in the future though.

      Support here are able to answer questions and are really friendly however you've hit the nail on the head in regards to the time it takes to get through to them! It's rather annoying actually, they really need to take on more support agents to cut down the waiting times. Anyways - up date on this withdrawal, it was declined. They couldn't do the bank transfer to players in the UK and since my old card had expired I had to make a deposit to have an updated payment method. I've done this now and re-requested my withdrawal. My account is also verified from before I checked so no need to send in docs.

      I have just come across TOM's Casino who claim they are the "Only ***** casino in the world" I have to say I do not like this branding. Just because there's pictures of half naked men instead of half naked women why does it have to be a "***** casino"! Why can't it just be a casino that is easy on the eye for women! I really don't know why they have branded themselves like this. Also why are the men cartoon men, animated and not real life men as opposed to other casinos that advertise with women. Don't get me wrong this makes absolutely no difference to me I certainly don't play at any casino just for their advertising stunts but it just seems to me that this casino have got it all wrong. Just my opinion of course but I'm really interested to hear what you all think of this one.

      Yep, I'm happy with the amount because it's from free spins and with my other withdrawal at a different casino it will sit nicely in my account until the kids birthday and xmas. I have actually made the withdrawal now - still waiting to hold of live chat though. I'll keep you guys posted about withdrawal. It has been a very long time since I played at BGO can't even remember if I have ever withdrawn so it's possible I'll need to verify.

      Okay so ..., I had 25 free spins at BGO Casino on Secrets of Atlantis. Won £4.20. Changed to Jack and the Beanstalk and got up to £25, changed to Starburst to smash the wagering (only £142). Played @ 40p a spin and Starburst did not let me down! I very quickly raised my balance to almost £90 - it was a very good day on Starburst. Finished wagering now at just under £80. But here is my dilemma. Do I withdraw or keep trying for more? Usually I would play some more and see how it goes but I have a rather sizeable withdrawal waiting at another casino which I also got from some free spins, I can't give details yet until the money is in my bank, I don't like to jinx it. But this £80 will bring my winnings to over £700 so.....do I take the gamble and try for me or withdraw? What would you do guys? I don't like taking risks

I assume we are talking about their Battle of the Slots here - I have to say I have won countless times, there was a time when I'd win most races actually I remembered posting a lot of screenshots. But it's all down to luck my friend - the way it works is really rather simple. You spin until the end of the free roll and hope for the best!! My advice is to just keep entering them! Do you only play in the free ones or paid ones too? I've never won anything in their main battles mind but we do have members here that have several times.

      Hi Manon and welcome to the forum This has never happened to me but I have to say if I ever did register for the one wrong and I contacted live chat straight away (which I assume you did) I would personally like to think they would be able to rectify the problem for me. Obviously if the race had already started then there'd definitely be no way. I am a little disappointed actually that they weren't willing to do it for you. Even if it's physically impossible for them to do it then I would have liked to think as long as you did not participate in the race they could reimburse you the fee for entry and buy in, But, I guess there's not much we can do now since you played the race and had you had won then I doubt you would have created this thread. Maybe just take this as a learning curve and make sure you are 100% aware of what race you are entering before you confirm your entry,

      I've always been a huge fan of VideoSlots right from the get go and they've just got better and better and better. I used to think their live chat could be improved but that's also getting better. If I could make one improvement to the site at the moment it would be to lower the wagering required to enter the battle of the slots. My £20 deposits go absolutely no where at the moment and I'm not even coming close to what is needed.
