  2. I can't speak for everyone of course but it certainly isn't impossible for some members. We have plenty of members who work through huge wagers over a few days. I'd admittedly need more time like yourself since I don't get to play much these days, but it isn't impossible dear. Anyone else have an opinion on this one? I'd be interested to hear.

  8. Why don't you try going back on support and asking a different agent? Sometimes I find that works, sometimes it is just who you speak to. Or is this casinoa definite no now? Didn't get to reading the terms since I seen UK was a restricted player, but I'd be out on this one too then.

  10. @Fiekie - Have you tried Calvin Casino? They do 200%, looked at them but UK is restricted.
  11. A classic example of bad customer support IMO. Either the agent didn't understand what you meant or just didn't know the answer. And I would have have done exactly the same, thank you but no thank you. It's crucial support can give direct answers, if a casinos own staff members can't give the answers how are you supposed to trust the casino. Just my opinion of course.

  18. I completely agree! I don't think he should of advised you this either. Chances are if you had won and they found out they would have confiscated winnings. Did you do what Afi suggested and check to see of there is any mention of VPN's in the terms. The only time I ave ever done this is when I play from a certain browser on my iPad that allows me to access instant play and not mobile sites but it shows I'm from the US so had to change to UK, so still not breaking any casinos terms. I'd never use it like support mentioned.
  19. Wow, both myself Afi have fallen into the hands of money fraudsters ourselves, but mine was nothing on your scale. That's so awful that someone would do that to you. Can you not send them a copy of the police report? Have you asked if they can accept this as proof and process the withdrawal? I'm with Afi on this one I'm afraid, can't really offer much in the way of advice. So the person who stole your identity had been making deposits? Can the casino at least accept the police report and refund your deposits?

  24. Thanks for a better explanation Afi. My point still stands to sharpie though, even though I agree it is a ridiculous term we wouldn't not have any casino here just because of that term which is basically what Sharpie is accusing us of! ("keep supporting these casinos")
