      When UK players were accepted I too had a smooth withdrawal there. I'm still a little confused with the original posters problem if I'm honest, however I'm purely going on what was said the email. But yep I agree in wishing the player luck to get his money

I guess if you're not getting anywhere and the casino have emailed you to say they will be the winnings they mentioned you can try to open a complaint. You'll need to add the info you gave me in it, then it's up to our complaints team to see if it will be accepted.

      Series 7 is definitely no my favaourite however I have to disagree with the others series because I've loved them and I've been hooked after every single episode! I haven't finished S7 yet so please no spoilers However I already know who dies in the last episode read it on FB by accident.

      I probably couldn't give an honest answer unless I was in the situation, but I'd imagine I'd think no - they're reasons behind paying me slow wouldn't matter because I doubt I'd consider playing there again.

      Haven't tried them because I've never been a fan of Elk Studios, the games I have played in the past have been very low paying so I gave up long ago.
