  2. Off the top of me head I really don't know. But I can certainly ask for you. Since its the weekend now the office is closed so I'll write it in my diary for Monday morning.   4. So...I finally found some time this morning for what I thought would be a very quick deposit at Fruity Casa Casino. (I'm sorry I have to share this but I do!) I didn't get off to a great start to the casino a few weeks ago when I tried to sign up. First of all my username was taken and I couldn't remember if I had registered (My fault not the casinos). Spoke to live chat they confirmed I didn't have an account so I was able to sign up. Then before making my deposit I needed to make sure my partner hadn't already registered here since we would be sharing the same IP. Had a chat with support since my partner wasn't here for me to ask him and I couldn't get hold him but they would not tell me whether he had an account. I wasn't asking for any personal details since I already had them, all I wanted to know was whether or not there was another account with the same IP. They wouldn't tell me. I've never had that problem ever! I am aware of the data protection act, I've worked in customer services all my life, I wasn't asking the agent to break the rules of the act, a mere yes or no answer is what I wanted. Anyway it came to light then that the casino doesn't mind 2 people sharing the same ip address so that problem was eventually overcome. Tried to deposit and it said I need to update my details. Went through this 3 times and it just kept deleting everything I was writing. By this point my experience at the casino was already a hassle and usually I'd give up. But knowing Casa is a good casino I've persevered. Again spoke to live chat told I needed to restart my computer I didn't because I had things I was using. Closed browser re-opened, re entered details again and it finally worked. I'm now almost one hour into trying to make a deposit. Eventually able to get the deposit screen up, entered my card details went all the way through and it refreshed and asked me to enter card details again. Tried to and it said payment already processed. Back to the home screen to see no funds in the account. Live chat saying payment didn't go through. Then spent ages trying to get through to my bank to see what happened with payment, it didn't go through. No my question is - Do I try again? First impressions are so important to me but I have to say I am not impressed! Live chat have helped but really not been apologetic at all. When I expressed my disappointment to the casino that I haven't got off to a great start - I had the reply "I'm sure we will work it out". So guys....Do I stay with the casino?
  5. Haven't played the game since, however as I mentioned in an earlier post I'm not a fan of the SuperBet feature. I take it you are! I didn't now there was the option for superbet on Foxin Wins either! I don't really play the game though. There's not many NextGen Games I don't like but not a fan of this one at all.

  9. I'd actually forgotton about Robin Hood (Baby brain) This is the only game when I've don'e superbet and thought I'd benefit from it and you are absolutely right it's great in free spins. However the only thing good about this game anyway is free spins I found the wins on the line are very poor. However I've just asked Valleys (mt partner) he plays this game and he swears by the super bet! @Fiekie - Do you play at the 50p level of £1 level?

  13. I wouldn't say I've experimented, but I have tried out the Super Bet in the past. And I have to completely agree I too think they are a complete con. I've never had anything to prove to me that this feature is beneficial. I've never really taken the time to look into too much and see if there was a way you could compare the wins, I;d be interested to hear from anyone who has spent a lot of time comparing the regular bet and super bet though.

  19. That's ridiculous. I posted a topic about these kind of welcome bonuses not so long ago. Casinos are just confusing matters so much what has happened to just the standard welcome bonus, one set wagering requirement and that's it.

  25. I often used to get this error when I played on my iPad but not on a mobile browser through a flash browser where I could change the country I was playing from. Sometimes when I didn't have the settings right it would think I was playing from the USA so would get this message on a regular basis!
