      I'm sure some of you may have already figured this out - but we now have the search facility back for forum threads. So if you can't find the thread you want to post in but you know the name of it you can use the search facility. If you don't see it in the list just click 'View all' and it will be in the list somewhere. It's such an awesome feature I think I use it loads!

I didn't need to look at the casino terms to identify the problem as I knew from what you wrote what's happened but I've grabbed a screenshot for you anyway You've broken the max bet rule. Check your game history for the time stamp they have given and this amount is over the max bet that they allow when playing with a bonus. I'm afraid on this occasion as you have breached their terms, however harsh it is there's not much you can do about it but learn from the experience.
