      Correct! IF we start a new contest I will be willing to reset all games but there will be new rules, these are just yet to be determined.

      Not entirely sure what you mean? You can can you use the same game next month? We will be looking at implementing some major changes probably from September and whilst me and Valdes are still discussion I can't say anything. However, if a new contest does start then everything will reset when it starts you just won't be able to use any screenshots already entered.

      Hi Julie1 and welcome to the forum. Giving that we haven't got much information to go on here it's quite hard to offer some advice since you don't know the reason the account has been cancelled. Does the casino have live chat? You need to get back in touch and ask them for the reason why the account has been closed. Or is the problem you have that they're just not replying now? Just to check you don't have a duplicate account do you?

      @Bikini007 - When the game first came out I had many, many wins on it but now I'd never get a screen like yours let alone the top paying symbols!

      Thanks Afi - We'll consider the suggestion. We're not really looking at the limiting the amount of screenshots people can use but we will consider allowing more than 1 game every month.

      Morning Guys Me and Valdes have been speaking and how about we roll with the old rules for August and we'll look at implementing some changes from September? Would that be okay for you all?       Yep, I think you've been given some great advice above. Try not to jump in to the first offer you see have a look about first and get the right bonus for the right wagering if you're going to deposit that much. Good luck.

      In that case I'd suggest you take the exact same advice the previous player took from Valdes. If you read back in the comments you will see that the original poster was able to do to open a complaint against the casino. Make sure you supply the evidence you have also given us here. Seems as though this casino just doesn't want to pay! Keep us posted.
