      I can assure you andy that Leo nor anyone else here works for the casino. And I strongly advise you to be careful if your future posts, aggression to other members, especially those trying to help will not be tolerated at this forum.       I don't mean to be rude when I say this but why would you just assume and then start making bigger bets? With so much at stake you should have been 100% sure you could increase the bets! Sorry just my opinion. Let us know what they reply. Do you know for sure now that the bonus had cleared?

      Yep, Leo has pretty much covered the answer for you. You should only ever use your own card details, your own bank, under your own account. It is usually against casino terms to deposit using any third party details that are different to the ones registered. So are the casino are fully aware now of the situation? I very much doubt you'll get your winnings and as Leo said they may just return the deposits. However, you really need to have a good chat to the casinos customer support. Do they have live chat?
