      @Valdes - Since DOA is your favourite game and its high in variance, how about we raise the competition price money to $50 just for this game.       I took this bonus, man triggering the feature is very difficult. Almost had 100 spins today and only manage to get one scatter on the reels once and never more. I mean scatter payout of x100 your bet is alot before a bonus round. But i figured you need spend a good 250 spins or maybe a bit more to trigger the free spins.       Hi Igroman I am sorry for the losses you incured, but if i may ask why did contact them 2 months later? Why didn't you contact live chat support from that specific casino where it happened the same time you noticed the bug or the fact that you didnt receive any winnings?

      Hi Yes Thanks for correcting me. I think they process and dispatch maybe withdrawals within 24 - 72 hours of requesting a withdrawal. But Wire transfers normally takes anywhere from 5 - 10 business days. Also note sometimes banks hold your money as well and release it when they feel like it. This happens, they will invest and gamble with it making interest etc. I mean my bank would even still charge me conversion rate per USD to my currency. You never know. Did you by any chance call the call centre of your bank and ask if anything is on hold for you. Because i did this once and they explained to me it has reached my bank but it needs to stay on hold for 2 days because of certain checks they were doing.

      Remember any international/swift transfers can take from 5 - 10 business working days to debit/credit cards. So today would only be the 7th business day. When i do wire transfers from Neteller to my Debit/Credit card, it took about 8 days the first time and the 2nd time 5 days. So its different all the time. Plus as far as i know with us, when the money hits the bank, they check where its coming from, it needs to bypass the reserve bank and exchange control and then only placed in your account. Foreign payments also needs to be released by you and you need to explain sometimes where the funds are coming from. As mentioned this is how complicated things can get in South Africa for foreign payments. Not sure if this apply in your country. I am sure it will come give it up until the 10th business day before opening an official complaint. Good Luck and hope you get all your money soon.

      Treeny i know there are companies sites that treats closure of account like what you are mentioning and there are others that actually close your accounts. I cannot say officially whether its acceptable practice for a company to tell you to self-exclude when you requesting to close your account, but from my point of view it is unacceptable. Maybe Valdes or someone else in the forum can give a more formal/definite answer regarding this as we all have different views and opinions. Also make sure you read the T's and C's before signing up as well, this is something i learned when i joined Askgamblers, because some of these companies, no matter how upset we get thinking that the company is wrong for doing what they doing, they do sometimes address these type of queries you have in your mind, by putting official statements in their T's and C's for reference. Just give it a while, i am sure on of the fellow askgamblers will reply to your threat with a more satisfying answer. All the best.
