So your claim/complaint against the casino is invalid as you have broken their bonus terms and conditions of the "Max Bet Rule'. Please refrain from accusing/blaming and bad mouthing the casino for a crime they did not commit and move on.       @Valdes - Since DOA is your favourite game and its high in variance, how about we raise the competition price money to $50 just for this game. I mean some of us might be DEAD and not ALIVE in terms of money lol as you know this game can eat our balance and even so, might not even achieve a winning screet shot for the competition. Also how about we have a side prize up for grabs, for anyone winning more than what your biggest win was x(your total bet). So if your biggest win was x2500 your total bet, and someone beats that - He gets rewarded with a price. Don't shoot me, im just trying to be creative trying to spice things up and making the competition interesting.       I took this bonus, man triggering the feature is very difficult. Almost had 100 spins today and only manage to get one scatter on the reels once and never more. I mean scatter payout of x100 your bet is alot before a bonus round. But i figured you need spend a good 250 spins or maybe a bit more to trigger the free spins. Wins are not frequent either and wild appear almost every 10th spin for me. I think this game is of very very high variance. Im gonna try it again soon.

      Hi Igroman I am sorry for the losses you incured, but if i may ask why did contact them 2 months later? Why didn't you contact live chat support from that specific casino where it happened the same time you noticed the bug or the fact that you didnt receive any winnings?

      Hi Yes Thanks for correcting me. I think they process and dispatch maybe withdrawals within 24 - 72 hours of requesting a withdrawal. But Wire transfers normally takes anywhere from 5 - 10 business days. Also note sometimes banks hold your money as well and release it when they feel like it. This happens, they will invest and gamble with it making interest etc. I mean my bank would even still charge me conversion rate per USD to my currency. You never know. Did you by any chance call the call centre of your bank and ask if anything is on hold for you. Because i did this once and they explained to me it has reached my bank but it needs to stay on hold for 2 days because of certain checks they were doing.
