  1. It's one of the more fairer PNG releases i think - aye, it's brutal when on an off day, but you tend to go on wee streaks on it.
  2. Probably a good thing - will save you money. Not played a Playtech in about 5 years - when started off at Ladbrokes i used to play them quite often, now, not so much.
  3. Funny how it doesn't apply to all online operators Amazon? They're the opposite - you complain about what was received, as i have, I've had a refund and told to keep the item, I've had a years worth of Prime for free. Casinos's are a different story - maybe cos of the amounts involved, maybe cos they know folk, especially for those based overseas, have no recourse - i don't know. I've seen a few Ecogra decisions that baffle the mind - if i was wearing a tin foil hat I'd say they were in a casino's pocket for some of the ones my pals showed me. Only really had one issue with a casino Leo Vegas who lied all through my dealings with them. I do mean they lied, when a Self Exclusion was placed. I laid out 5 things that showed how i never, asked them to counter it. They never did. In fact when i used a complaints service (not here before Valdes shoots me), they were just as bad. Suddenly it went from a SE to 'You know they can terminate you at any time as a customer' - why, thank you, i know that but that's not what they said - even now, whilst no cash was at stake, it irks me such was the incompetence on all sides.
  4. I've had conversations with their chat via Spinit and Casino Cruise - it is painful, it's like they don't read anything. The whole issue with getting money from casinos is, predominately, an online thing. Think back to, for those who used to and still do, either going Land Based or in a normal high street bookie - you NEVER had this (well i certainly never) - Add the internet and faceless companies, both home and away (but mainly away) and well.....
  5. What's the most likely causes for a breach of a bonus: - Max bet, or - Playing on non allowed bonus game. If it's one of those just say. But if it was, they wouldn't be giving you a 100, it'd be zero.
  6. That's mental! I hope they can answer the UKGC's questions with a little more ability. You see this with casinos in general - they trot out, as @Fiekie247 will attest to with Videoslots even, general 'business decision' when people ask questions like 'why close my account?' - seen it happen with regards to terms breaches, but tbh, not that much. Makes me think that they just plucked the 'breach' out of the air. Or they don't understand English.
  7. I don't trust them - i had a personal experience at a terrible one and, while i think some casinos are poor, this one was terrible - Spinit. I requested a w/d back to my depo method - Skrill at the time. They put it back in my account - told me to take to original deposit method. Er...that is it. No, they said - it's VISA card No, it's Skrill Sat pending for another 72 hrs, they came back the same thing. Finally, they agreed it was skrill, so put it in again... OK..... Money back in a/c - we need KYC But....you have KYC....another 72 hrs for a response....this included me sending them their own email saying i was KYC'd That withdrawal took 3 weeks (1k ish) and i don't think if they were at it, if they were incompetent but after that i never played at their casinos because i feared winning something and getting hit with that *****.
  8. Ideally it shouldn't show 1k plus as real if it was capped. It would simply switch to 100. However, I have had casinos in the past who, and it's poor i know, only cap it at the point of withdrawal processing. So you'd put in 500 and they'd adjust it at the point of w/d. Not that common however.
  9. Yeah, their deposit matches don't have the 100 cap imposed, only FS. You can try and lodge a complaint - maybe they'll, if they want their licence back, be inclined to comply. Or, if they know they aren't getting it back (which, they aren't), tbh they'll be less likely to be flexible. Normally if you breach terms you get 0 - not a cap. Weird
  10. Furlough scheme coming to an end soon as well so another mass of redundancies will be coming (don't get me wrong, i don't think they're all COVID related but what the virus has probably shown some places is that they a. don't need certain staff groups or can use alternative means for the same purpose etc - so it's essentially sped the process up: many businesses may let leases on properties run to the end and not renew because of it. Affects town and city centre flows as a result etc.
  11. They're being sneaky as well - devising the local lockdowns, 'ah but it's the Council's doing this', as a precursor to a full lock down in all but name. Go to Spain, don't go, go, but don't expect to come back, open the gyms, now close the gyms. Like the keystone cops atm. There has to come a tipping point when the numbers /effects question the use of such measures. No point even discussing a vaccine because it isn't coming anytime soon. Do genuinely think a second lockdown will put the country on it's knees, something which it'll take decades to get over. Plus side, my bet on BoJo the moron being gone by Xmas is looking like a winner. Poor guy can't even afford a Nanny ffs. All in the background there's Brexit being ballsed up, the Scots Independence issue going to rear it's head again etc. Sheesh. I voted for Scotland to stay in the Union last time, the next vote it'll be a different box getting ticked
  12. The pitiful Brexit negotiations are becoming more and more obvious as this UK Govt lurches from one bumbling decision to the next. Where's Test/Trace/Isolate, the world beating system to be available from June? Nowhere. Pie in the Sky. Groups of 4/6/10, curfews on pubs (seriously, what is that about?), open, close, go to work, don't go to work, local lockdowns that look like whack a mole. On the plus side, between Brexit and this, those looking in from the outside are having their thoughts of the brits being a bunch of Basil Faulty's reinforced. The USA has it bad enough in having a fruit cake leader; this UK versions just every bit as incompetent.
  13. A bunny, well it's meant to be, hadn't the chance to check it's 'papers'
  14. I knew of a comp elsewhere where someone phoned up the casino and asked for the reps mobile number: what a fruit cake. Rumour has it that they had this for dinner:
  15. Here's the latest guidance/amendments to the LCCP, brought on partly by COVID-19. As you can see, the 1hr prompt is really the GC's only real hard and fast stipulation. The rest are very much dependent upon the operator setting their own thresholds... Prevent reverse withdrawal options for customers until further notice [3] Cease to offer bonuses or promotions to all customers who are displaying indicators of harm Interact with customers who have been playing for an hour in a single session of play Review thresholds and triggers for new customers to reflect the operator’s lack of knowledge of that individual’s play and spend patterns Conduct affordability assessments for individuals picked up by existing or new thresholds and triggers which indicate consumers experiencing harm - limiting or blocking further play until those checks have been concluded and supporting evidence obtained, and; Implement processes that ensure the continual monitoring of their customer base – identifying patterns of play, spend or behaviours have changed in recent weeks.
  16. AFAIK, they're pretty much free to do what they want - whilst i don't understand why, i know places that limit bets, close accounts arbitrarily based upon whatever. Not sure there's much the UKGC would say about that. How did they fail to protect you? (sorry, but a page break or two in there would help pick things out) - because the flag didn't pop up 'you've been playing for 1 hour' ? - which is a joke 'regulation' IMO. I only need a watch to know. Yeah, they should have sent a pop up saying that AFAIK. FTR i played for 4/5 hours averaging between 2-4 quid when wagering the other night - yeah, i got the pop up's and there was no logging me out, getting a call/live chat. I don't have a problem with that - in fact, i find it quite insulting
  17. Reactoonz 2: Out 1 Oct. Not a fan of PNG - variance and distribution of RTP is way off IMO, but one of about 5 PNG games that's not bad. Higher max win than 1st, more bells and whistles - enough of the first to attract players but different enough to make you play - not a bad attempt https://www.playngo.com/games/reactoonz (Edit not correct link, feel free to google and see it in motion)
  18. Yes, the first was a carbon copy of the actress from Pretty Little Liars, Lucy Hale. Hubba Hubba.
  19. I'd have taken part but couldn't. Remember the day well - it was a sunny 23rd April 2018, eagerly awaiting the release of Extra Chilli, 8.58pm as an exclusive, released at 9pm where apparently**** i then, in 2 minutes, proceeded to Self Exclude myself. ***Spoiler alert - I never**** (i mean come on, i've seen enough to know that i'd only do that where there was a financial incentive to do so )
  20. There's a few casinos to say the least, over that neck of the woods in Curacao, that could do with a FBI presence tbh
  21. Last person who followed me was my second favourite stalker. Per Cornflake/Cocopop....
  22. Personally, I'd rather see Welcome Bonus' disappearing and maybe casino's, once a players style of play/deposits is clear, tailoring offers to existing players - be it in the form of more 50% offers at 25x, cash back or other incentives. I no longer have any desire to sign up to anywhere new (mixture of can't be bothered going through any form of KYC but also the fact that no new casino offers me something that i don't already have) - the only thing is BITCOIN and i have zero desire to start depositing in BC. Back to your point - yeah, i think any exclusive offer should come with either a. increase % match or b. maybe the same % but lower wagering etc. If i was a casino i'd want a first time player to win on their first depo (maybe the stats for returning players don't back this up) as it means you've implanted the 'this is a lucky casino' into their minds from the off and hence more likely to see them return (perhaps even losing deposit after losing deposit because of that) When i played there, 2 casinos stood out for tailoring incentives-Bet Victor and Redbet but even they gave up the ghost.
  23. Looks like they took the 'more pixels is better' approach for the site design. Whilst it may be fine for games, like Flamebusters, on a website it just looks too much.
