Mega slot wins - oh yes, it's possible!
pinnit2015 replied to ValDes's topic in Share your Winner Screenshots
yeah, I had 93 free spins and paid 100x - sucks. The Videoslots battles, if to be believed, shows it can hit decent but i'm not sure if the investing money in it is worthwhile. Personally, and i know HV slots have to have 1000 losers to one big one, am not sure of BK's programming - with DOA2 etc, though the game will give 10x and 1x regularly, at least the bonus rounds come round semi frequently and the game tends to hold a balance (though not on the same level of DOA1) - you don't hear folk complain about the x wins because of this but BK can go hundreds and hundreds and leave you with no base game hits so...don't think it's great VFM (in fact, very few if any PP games are IMO) Pseudo random with parameters or no, i think (and i know folk will go that's against the concept of random), if a game gives you 90-110 spins it should be paying out - it's like getting to the 50 spins in Millionaire and getting 100x - all u do is pis@ players off.- 3526 replies

Basically, in a normal bonus, so to speak, you simply start playing the 250 quid etc, until you bust/withdraw but if like RP, only cash deposits count towards it so, yeah, you'd need to deposit and wager 4500 with new/fresh deposits. The way i worked it on RP was, if i won 250 quid and needed to wager 6k I would simply play the 250 quid bonus money until, if i could, get it up to 2k, then stop. Only then would i start making cash deposits as, even it took me a few, i wouldn't be down anything - IIRC RP didn't lock it at 250 but allowed you to play it. If it's locked i wouldn't go out of my way to meet 4.5k wagering for 250 quid.- 3526 replies

Seen it happen a few times - once when someone was obviously using another's a/c to gamble cos of Gamstop and one in which there must have been collusion around Poker games. The bank a/c thing is opening up a can of worms - some casino, diverging from the OP's point, will ask if they see transfers from folk to ask why? Can you supple evidence from your uncle re this transfer etc. Lesson is i think, to avoid any ambiguity, and the OP has mentioned this - try and keep a separate bank account. But few problems with this: 1. A bank may, decide to close it - and some have 2. If it's just gambling transactions it may not satisfy SOW - they'll want your wages going in, bills etc etc - in other words, ur real account.

Pretty standard practice - though again, always at w/d stage which irks me - seems to be common, well relatively, asking for notarised from places like Russia etc Maybe you've hit the 2k plus threshold etc. What casino? -
Do they mean someone with an account there transferred money to your personal bank account? Bits of that sound like transfers of money between casino accounts.

My favourite for stalling is the old: in 2016 you used a card to deposit, can we have a copy? No - it's cut up Well then, we can't pay - you need a letter from the bank. What absolute tosh. So, you can deposit for years with a stolen card, that's ok as long as you don't have the gall to withdraw?- that's basically what some of them are saying. I had one, looking for proof of residence who did the whole - we don't accept PDF's must be via the post and in colour (i think some of them make this up) - all i did was colour my statement, print it off, fold it as if it was in an envelope and guess what? Approved - shows how some of this is pointless. Same for the card example -my pal, having had the long card number etc just not the card, took a pic of his new one and simply, using an editor/paint, replaced the numbers and...hey presto, approved! Fact is -electronic verification using data that is more robust than taking a pic with your phone etc should be mandated. It'll cost them but so what - some are running PNG games at 91% so i'll presume they can afford it. -

I have many a non UK bookie that i think are top class - novibet/L and L group being 2 of them but, if I'm being honest, if I was high rolling i would opt for a UK bookie or land based. Not fair to tar them all the same but you don't get as much nonsense from either of these as you do with most of the other online. How many times have you won at Land Based and thought 'oh the hoops that i may need to jump through'? Not many....How many times, especially the non UK sites, do you get hit with 'we need 4 corners of your card' - and i may add this IS NOT mandatory, which is why UK sites don't ask for it! - very few, if any. Not that am shilling UK bookie sites - their customer support isn't great, they don't really care about complaints but they are generally less hassle free than some of the Malta rabble and if you're rolling relatively high i'd stick with them. Sky Vegas? - 50k of deposits in 4 years, no SOW Casumo/Rizk and many others; SOW with 1/3 of these in x2 time i've had an account You think Aspire are bad - never try Jumpman gaming sites or say Progress Play with their x3 bonus conversion and non responsiveness. -

Yeah, whilst MGA licences and UKGC ones don't mean casino's act properly, it's certainly a far cry from a banana republic one from South America - I'm not a massive fan of Evolution Gaming, seen a few things about them, but that's more where they refuse a bet after it's been placed in time etc - maybe they've doing the old 'double check' with the provider, I don't know. Give you some context, at Jambo, an Aspire site, Mrs P made a 6k cash out from playing Danger High Voltage - processed in 6hrs last month, which is why i'm saying i don't THINK they're like that. But 14 days is awfully long to wait - thought I've got a friend now at Grosvenor in week 5 for bank statement/sow verification. IMO the UKGC needs to clearly outline KPI's/Timescales regarding things like this - think they just say reasonable time. Better if they said, unless extenuating circumstances, 3/5 days max for SOW. Or...they should really payout and then do the SOW etc - which is what i think they're doing with you. Either way, it's holding up withdrawals based upon information requests which could have possibly be requested at another stage - which doesn't seem right - you can't reverse it, which is a minor silver lining. Casumo - know someone who waited 21 ish days to be 'verified' and funds release and they're 'allegedly' a good casino -

I'd still raise a complaint. TBH mate, as much as Aspire aren't great, I've never really heard of them intentionally ***** folk out of money. Does it say the cashout is still pending? As for game logs - wouldn't read too much into it: i'd the same issue at Novibet and a L and L casino recently and only came back after 7 days. -
How can a casino possibly know that the person who has transferred money into you account is the same person who has an account with them? John Smith, transfers 100 to me - they probably have quid a few JS's with accounts at them. Do they just go - oh, oh, must be the same person. They're Curacao so no play here but rated highly here so why don't u raise a complaint if valid?

Weird mastercard transaction behaviour with a casino

Rare, but happens. Don't know if changed but BWIN casino was like that - presumably on the part of the payment provider? Monday - 100 quid, deposit 100 - available 0 Tuesday - still 0 in account Wednesday - now it seems to have reversed so bank showing 100 quid credit again Thursday - goes out again, 0 balance So, for Wednesday, you'd 100 quid more in your account than you should have, it will go back out again though. -

I think it's these terms and conditions that need cleaned up - said many times that, rudimentary, i don't think they'd hold out as fair terms if challenged legally. The idea that you'd need to remember who you took a bonus with, run a comparison against the UKGC register to check if in same group (and bare in mind casino's are changing with more frequency, is probably one/two clicks away from fairness) - also, wide ranging practices: some in a group are only one WB per individual casinos - even then, the wording is confusing for some in which i don't know if they mean one per casino or group. Given they're all using the same platform, it should be easy, if you take one to exclude it from the others. We know why they don't though. Probably Aspire/Genesis (tho suspended)/Nektan - if it is either of these, i've take WB across most of their sites and they've paid out so if it is them then i can only surmise they're doing it based on the amount you won - which, again, if challenged, would give weight to the fact it's unfair and they're arbitrarily invoking it, based not on the t's and c's but on the amount. I did like the CMA report etc that basically said to a casino: if you take a bet, you pay out - in other words, whether they had duplicate accounts/took multiple WB, is irrelevant, that's on you as a casino. -
luckxcoin suspended my account before I could clear winnings
pinnit2015 replied to Emem's topic in Ask Gamblers
Eh, no, it isn't remotely normal for reputable sites! Only the dodgy ones, like the one you've played at. You have no recourse, zilch, other than hope they may/might do, which in all likelihood they wont. You need to research more before you deposit in places like this - not just the money for for these places as well, especially if you're asked to send in docs - there's a good chance those details may wander onto the dark web as well. Write the money off; you're not gonna see it. -
Bitzstar hold my winning to check with game provider
pinnit2015 replied to trung2612's topic in Casinos General
Do they not check with the provider when someone goes on 10 deposits without a win over 20x, you know, just incase somethings not right? Ah, only when it's winnings. That makes sense. I think each provider is different but i heard from someone, in the industry, that for say PNG is takes literally 5 minutes to check it (if you really wanted to) -
10 tricks the online casinos dont want you to know
pinnit2015 replied to gambledor's topic in Casinos General
Few decent points in it re KYC and the variations of 'requirements' - one accept mobile bills, some don't. Don't really see an issue with bonus's - they're non mandatory and any restrictions can be placed. Don't like them, don't take them. They're not that complicated either - max bet, don't play on certain games - there's no 'complex' disguising of 'true' wagering, certainly in any of the sites i play at UKGC accomplice of casino's? Er no. Just need to look at the fines dished out. Though, they can do more and maybe that'll happen with an ombudsman on the cards- 3 replies

Yeah, the probably have their CS situated god knows where - only the head honcho's there Despite being bad on other aspects, I have to give Casumo some praise when it comes to their customer support/verification/payments - know a few folk who have gone through KYC/SOW whilst on the chat with the right person but they're the exception - generally speaking support/first line of contact have no clue - doesn't make it right but there's always a shadow-y 'relevant department' I got put off Crazy Time when it was 7 1's in a row, i missed the 8th and it was Crazy Time x5 -

What Aspire Global brand is it again? I'd probably put a complaint but not sure how much use it will be but you never know Providing you've not broken any terms you will be paid out - Aspire Global might have wrecked the Trada Brand (or, Trada took the money and didn't care about the customer base is probably more accurate) but they're not quite Curacao banana republic -

Yeah, that's another annoying quirk - given they can, and i say can because some seem quicker than others or were when i last played there, take days to process you're automatically ruled out of the promo's as well. Why can't you have a bonus when a withdrawals pending anyhow? Weird. -

Find very few, UK at least, will give anything if you ask for it - probably out of fear of RG accusations etc. Even if you don't, they seem loathe to do it - probably on a/c of getting accused to trying to entice folk back for more losses etc. In bygone years, such 'freebies' would have just been considered customer-company relationship (obviously they do want you to spend more) but no more sadly. Good casinos will probably be considered good in the future based on fewer factors: - speedy withdrawals - game selection - smoothness of platforms - sensible approach to SOW etc The whole bonus scheme will disappear in the uk soon i reckon or be restricted solely to Sports Betting etc IMO Unibet, despite not having the best loyalty scheme (but decent tournaments) are currently head and shoulders above most operators. Plus, given the size of them, they've got the financial backing of Kindred etc. Gonna be ***** in the UK when we're left with William Hill's laggy website (and boy, the most confusing site i've even been on) and the rubbish that is Corals etc. -
Is it normal for casino to ask for unedited bank statement
pinnit2015 replied to Leanne0308's topic in Casinos General
Don't give them more information than required - they've no requirement to see other payments, ins or outs, to your account or what they're for. Even asking for a PDF is hardly foolproof - PDF editor you could write what you wanted and then send it - never understand why casinos think a PDF is unalterable - not as if it's blockchain. I had it once happen to me - for a week we went back and forth as i scanned out anything that wasn't their business - they said no, no, no and then yes at the end.- 4 replies
