  1. Presumably if just based on a multi, it's the currency you play with at LV as it's irrelevant if euro's, pounds or dollars etc.
  2. They're maybe going to reap what they sow (pun intended) if they create a proposed Ombudsman role that was mooted in the last report - if it's anything like the Financial Ombudsman here in the UK you're going to see, remit pending, a swarth of RG complaints directly to it - akin to the whole PPI/Pay Day Loans. Only going to exacerbate the move towards credit checks before gambling - not just one offs but regular ones. As a casino, what other option do you have if you're being asked to ensure each punter can afford a punt? Leave. It's madness. But it's where it's heading so no point try to pretend otherwise.
  3. Not as bad as 32 Red's policy a year or so ago - believe that if you contacted them to SE they told you they'd get to you, via email to which you then needed to complete a form and send in to be actioned. If the tools are there and working, that should be the height of it - the operator has effectively discharged their duty but unfortunately they're now asked to identify patterns (or have a PHD in psychoanalysis) - hence why we've seen the account above blocked. A lot of casinos would have done that in the first instance, being risk averse. The minute you start mentioning certain words the Bat Signal goes on in their RG departments. All a bit smoke and mirrors anyway - folk who genuinely have an addiction: the RG tools etc mean very little. They'll just click from site to site. Even if their withdrawals are paid immediately it just gets recycled into the same or different site. IMO the tools are more a check on yourself before you get to the addiction stage because once you arrive there, all the RG tools, reminders are pretty pointless.
  4. TBH gamblers aren't renowned for their patience. Saw a post somewhere yesterday about someone complaining about not being paid in 30 minutes - had baths that take longer to run.
  5. It'll be SE/RG - it's the only thing that the UKGC get up for in the mornings. Players waiting 14 days for withdrawal processing? Not so much.
  6. Can't see them coming back. Good riddance: a casino group, on a par with Progress Play for stalling tactics, who deserve to run aground. Land Ahoy.
  7. Can't play but when i see a casino with bit in it, or having a z where s should be, i immediately go 'meh'
  8. As flawed as UK gambling may be, least we don't have this problem: There must be no restrictions on the maximum amount of money a player can withdraw at any time. Imposing low cash out limits is pretty shady IMO - ah but they need to, to manage their cash flow. No, no they don't.
  9. Night and day in the Stars Group as well as it has Sky Vegas in it - IMO the most hassle free casino there is. I'd a feeling they'd come back with something like that - still doesn't address that ridiculous 48 hr policy.
  10. If you check the UKGC's site and the the judgements where they comment on what a casino did wrong - if the above made it to their radar I'm sure you'd see a commentary on the practice: it's absurd. The problem here is that the instances like the above are the big headliners whereby they're actively investigating a casino - problem here is that, as an individual, even though you're raising an issue with them, they tend to brush it off with a general 'not an ombudsman' comment - unfortunately, i think that's what you'll get. They are even handed down guidance like the following: 16. Players are entitled to withdraw money from their deposit balance, including their winnings, at any time. Operators must allow players to withdraw funds from their deposit balance. There must be no term that restricts this. AT ANY TIME NO TERMS THAT RESTRICT THIS Again, and tbh i get sick of saying this, their own terms, just because you agree to them may mean very little. PS have imposed a vague term to restrict withdrawals. IMO that breaches the above. Now, if they locked the a/c balance and basically had a pending period but allowed a submission of a withdrawal: that's different as there's no guidance around 'you must process a withdrawal in 24hrs etc' If what you say is true and it's back to the same method etc, argument that not even complying with their own terms - their term about 'may', 'depending upon withdrawal method' is so vague as to be basically worthless. The above is separate to the discussion re using the tools etc - which, obviously in hindsight, you probably should have used. But, as my old boss used to say, 'no point in bayonetting the wounded'
  11. Only bit i could find - never had this before Additionally, a 48-hour delay from your last deposit may be imposed on withdrawals, depending on the deposit method used. This feature is designed to protect our players against collusion and fraud. You will be able to submit your withdrawal request once the 48 hours have elapsed. Bit on the vague side - Neteller? - cos that's where most frauds come from i believe. Looks like they also do it if you try and w/d back to a different method than the depo. Even so, you should be allowed to submit it and not be able to reverse it. Akin to having a 48 hr pending period basically as i think they pay relatively quickly. Plus, it's so vaguely worded it doesn't actually say you can't request the w/d - you could equally interpret as not processing any w/d until 48hrs. Truth be told, i think it's a ridiculous policy - and probably against their licence as the OP has said. If they think that certain depo methods require this then, er, stop offering that deposit method. If this was a Cyprus licence etc some folk would be screaming dodgy and it's hard to disagree tbh.
  12. 48 hours until you can request a withdrawal after a deposit and these are regulatory requirements? That's Bulls@@t - never heard of that in my life. Hmmm...i'll have to have a peek - their terms, if that's right, are anti UKGC, or anywhere, regulations - whether it's in their terms or not.
  13. Why could you only withdraw 72 odd p? What's the 48hr period? You're correct in that you should be able to instigate a withdrawal at any point (bar things like bonus wagering etc) and once you do, it's non reversible (though i see some casinos bat this back into a players playable funds on occasions which sometimes looks a tad suspect) I suppose they could have directed you to the TAB function but tbh you can find that within 3 seconds yourself if you look, you don't need them to action that. Sorry, but don't really have much advice/guidance (the UKGC will send you back a boilerplate response) other than to sort out any issues with gambling - even if you had got it out, by what you've said, it would just have went elsewhere and the cycle, as they do, continue. If they were being ultra cautious, as some do, they probably would have blocked you there and then with any 'pleads' but they have the tools available which is what they would argue, even if CS wasn't great (I don't like PS at all) If you went to their RG page and there were no tools or they were broken, and coupled with the fact the money was still there, you could have a stronger case - even then, i'd be surprised to see a refund unless by the casino's own goodwill gesture. Pretty sure RG is still within the UKGC's remit and no ADR really likes, or can? (not sure), ruling on such. Sometimes i think we've all grown a bit naive to the purpose of a casino - they exist, primarily, to take your money. Not entertainment, money. Yes, every year they'll fly their Responsible Gambling flag and send out their Covid emails, but they don't really mean it - it's all Peacocking. No different to a player saying they're loyal to a casino etc - no we're not, we follow the money just like them.
  14. Yeah, whilst a pretty poor site (in terms of layout and general performance), they have some decent promo's (their bonus game daily though, sucks) - they had an offer on slots where if you bet 50 quid you got 50 quid back in Free Spins with x1 wagering Normally if they give you free sports bets the slots wagering doesn't usually count but hard to say w/o seeing the terms

Also, you shouldn't be worried anyway as it should be opt in to these things. Don't opt in, shouldn't get anything, get something, then report them. Not to say there's not a chance of sharing of data across places - though again, you need to agree to this via their privacy policy in theory, though i'm fairly sure a few folk have done this outwith the law tbf. Some folk, use bespoke email addy's ([email protected] etc) when signing up to casinos so it's easy to find the culprit (though i've never bothered)
  16. tbf, they're few and far between in the UK now, which as per above, probably can't access: best i've seen is simple wager free 10% back on losing deposits (basically depos-withdrawals; u get none if u take a bonus) Some places will have 25% but these don't tend to be regular, only one offs at the weekend etc.

You're not going to find any casino that doesn't ask for your address unless you're at Pay and Play casinos that use Trustly etc (not available for UK at the moment) And none of them to my knowledge will accept Paypal etc as that's the whole point of them - using Trustly/Banking ID for KYC etc. If from the UK and registered to vote -easily obtained anyway from places like 192.com.

You should be able to pick what medium you want - SMS/Phone etc I get, aside from Bingo sites the odd time and pap from rubbish outfits like BGO, very few in the mail. Used to be more but glad they're saving some trees.
  19. Yeah I know - and i've had the 1500-2000x from the Shoot Out in Deadwood etc as well, so it's not like i've not hit on it. But I've just not enjoyed them over the last few months - maybe tried playing them too much but when your balance is -75% within 20 minutes in 15 sessions in a row, you start to yearn for a bit of balance. Still play them for say the last 30 or so quid before i log out if had a withdrawal but that's about it The max win thing has really stumped me though and hence why wondering if they're that great - Jamming Jars/DOA, far outstrip that (and probably more regularly) so made me wonder recently how truly HV in terms of pay they are. Still think, given the micro-wins and no base game, a 12kx max win is quite poor. Kinda knew i'd fallen out of love with them when, at 30 quid, i'd boot up Punk Rocker and heavy sigh as if i didn't really want to play, but felt as if i had to.
  20. To be fair, it's pretty standard practice not to discuss ongoing complaints - when i say standard, i mean other folk (in this case CS) not involved in the complaints process shouldn't really be discussing it as it can jeopardise the process Complaints time vary - anything from 14 days through to 28 days etc - you only made it 9 days ago so it's probably on the short side ( I don't know Casumo's policy) I would air against emailing people/messaging them on Linkedin - A. it won't achieve anything and B. It will come across as harassing or even C. It might put their backs up (I have been on the complaints side process (Public Ombudsman) as part of a 6 month secondment in my post Uni days and we used to have folk ringing round different people, despite being told the timescales hadn't passed, and it used to really rile oneself up )
  21. Dog = Cat = Big Cat = in a Carnival type circus. I presume that was Rich's thinking. Or their glasses were steamed up from all that mask wearing (or something else)
  22. TBH i've completely moved away from NLC over the last few months....the 12kx max win, for a game of that volatility, struck me as being a bit rubbish. Their games just feel far too volatile to the point they're almost anti slotting with a pretty joyless experience to be had - you may as well, if you can, just sit down and feature buy. Almost feels like you'd be better off going and buying a lottery scratchcard or playing Mega Moolah tbh. Obviously a market for them but i'd rather take a chance these days on a bigger bet of 2-5 quid on a game, if the cash balance is ok with half the volatility for a decent cashout. I personally think Push's games are better in terms of value for money, than NLC.
  23. LD is IMO the only true HV monster BTG have - probably the best in terms of gunning for a great payout but not the most enjoyable. You're going to need to put DOA sessions in to hit big on it, probably 100's of pointless features. For a hit and run, maybe not as much potential in terms of X wins, DHV is probably the better bet for a 50 quid dipper. The heartstopper's just a bit of glitz on the cake (and to keep people playing) - the feature to always pick, can't remember the name: the purple isn't really much of a boost tbh. Though the way it's marketed, enhanced, makes it sound better than what it actually is. Royal Mints a real stinker of a game - almost like you can see the scripted code play out in front of you like rain man. On the plus side, Reactoonz 2 is out on 1st October and looks non too shabby

Probably should have clarified - meant more where some of these details are passed on (sometimes in breach of GDPR etc) to other's within the group. Just go in and unsubscribe - job done. Might be a pain but sometimes the email footer has a direct link and it's just a case of one click.
  25. What's the problem with just withdrawing the balance and then closing? In theory, you're right, you should be able to close an account anytime and it should just be a simple case of once they do, flushing the cashout. A bigger example of 'bad management' would be if you closed and they never actually gave u the withdrawal. I wouldn't lose much sleep over it - bigger t's and c's violations to contend with these days. Eg. Redbets terms are A Player may at any time request to close his/her Player Account by contacting Customer Support. If the Gaming Operator does not suspect any breach against these GTCs, the Gaming Operator shall execute a pay-out of the Players available funds, less any third party fees, within a reasonable time after the termination request.
