Maybe find if it was an established player they maybe would etc- why, if you looked at players deposits coming in more than withdrawals, would you stop them playing because while you pay out 1k, you will maybe get 2,3,4k back in the next 6 months etc. At Novibet i'm about xk down lifetime - pretty sure if i breached a term for a grand they'd be like, just pay him, we'll see that back in a month and more :-p: just business. But yeah, no ADR etc will rule/even accept for the player in this instance. When Trada was a good casino if you contacted them straightaway if u breached max bet, from reading and hearing from others, they paid out the winnings more times than not.
-
You could raise a complaint here but tbh i wouldn't really bother - use the search function and you'll see similar breaches are normally ruled in the casino's favour to give you a gist of what they said about it.
-
Said many times, just because somethings a term and you agreed with it, wouldn't necessarily mean it'd be in their favour if push came to shove - you'd need to prove it was unfair however, which, it probably isn't in this case . But, there is the argument that the punishment (confiscating 1k/20k/30k etc etc) outweighs the breach. But that would only be determined in a legal setting. At the other end of the spectrum - win 100k but breach max bet by 2p and they take the lot? That may be a good basis for challenge - depends on the term and the nature of it. Unfortunately for you the term is one around payment funding of an account with possible anti money laundering objectives/theft of details etc - so it's quite robust (though, i can pay my annual subscription using Mrs P's credit card). If i was a casino i'd be wondering if the details were stolen, who is this other person etc - it is quite risky for them but tbh they accept the payment even if card holder/wallet holder aren't the same as the casino account holder - i'd had come sites (unlike the subsciption eg above) where sites have refused to accept payment as not my name, so i presume it can be done so this never happens but most sites, non casino, do allow you to put card details in etc that don't match, which is find strange. Unfortunately, i can't see it playing out any other way - probably just something to bear in mind going forward, unless they apply some discretion which i doubt they will.
-
Just some casinos rule by the letter. Taking Betat for example; we had 2 accounts in the house, they said only one allowed - Mrs P had a pending 2k withdrawal and the dreaded email came in....spoke to Sam, he said 'we just wanted to check, no harm done, just don't play at the same time etc' - approved. Pretty sure, at that casino at that time, should the above have happened they'd have paid the withdrawal. Unfortunately BGO aren't the most receptive - Videoslots are the same; they'll simply go you broke term 3.2: tough Letter v Spirit of t's and c's
-
It's actually really easy to use some others Paypal when making deposits - nearly done it myself on our shared Laptop in the house. I personally wouldn't fight it with BGO, other than to push for deposit back - some casino's will use discretion; one of the fairest, before they went sideways, was Betat - but a lot depends on how long you've been there. As a 'new' customer, they're less likely to apply/waive any discretion as they don't know you - new customer, plus not your a/c deposits, will raise red flags. Plus, not a fan of BGO at the best of times.

UK wise the mainstream bookies probably have VIP schemes that you'll never hear of unless you are one or know one. Still reckon the Sportsbook players are probably the ones that get the true VIP treatment - the random 20k lays on single games etc. It must chalk up. Like bonus's, they're on their way out though - all casino's are levelling out now, very little in them (good ones) bar VIP/Offers - *****, even White Hat Gaming are processing withdrawals instantly. now. Remember my birthdays about 10 plus years ago whereby you could be pretty certain you'd wake up to various offers, cash drops etc - sailed into the sunset and not returning unfortunately. Casino's, weirdly, have a strange relationship with players - the churn is so high, they don't care -all about the first deposits through the door. Moving forward, the model that L and L have is probably what will level out - a weekly cashback , few offers during the week and that's it.
-
Info published at point in time, may be periodic checks on the info but players etc are probably better placed to notify of changes eg country changes, or the change may be so big (eg. Vera John exit UK) that the site will pick up on it anyway. er....and that's it. Neigh on impossible to be 100% in certain areas - you could say, Hey Novibet have all their games on max RTP on Monday and on Tuesday they drop it to 92%, casinos may not accept UK (eg Voodoo never did) and then use their licence. Across the web there are so many resources re casinos - literally 100's. It's harder to pick a bad casino to play at than a good one.

Something deeply unpleasant about casinos, hello N1 casino, that think it's ok to use some of these clowns to get more money through their coffers - imo it's quite immoral and i'm surprised it's not been picked up more by some of the regulators in con-conjunction with the advertising folk. Dare to wager that most are at it - personally I wouldn't shed a tear if it was all banned. Only would watch the odd one if a. it was reviewing the game and 2. had no affiliate links. Big difference to an affiliate site acting correctly and showing players an objective review and if they make money out of it, so be it. But when you're advertising some real stinkers (Genesis Group) via links etc - no, that's not been done based upon how good the casino is; that's being done because the clown has a good business deal with them. Real/fake- don't think it matters. It's mainly garbage.

Does anyone ever had any issues withdrawing from William Hill?
pinnit2015 replied to JohnKanon's topic in Ask Gamblers
Their support is appalling, had issues in the past withdrawing to wallets but was resolved in the end. Never had to send anything into WH, from the UK, with withdrawals in total of more than 20k over the years - they don't ask, it's all done in the background (as it should be, grr) Edit - this is probably for UK only. Try calling them - their phone teams a little bit more competent than their web/email for some reason. -
You'll be lucky to find many 10x wagering these days; industry average is probably 35x these days, give or take 5x either side. Many years ago 20x was more common - Bet Victor used to do a lot of 20x deposit offers, Sky Vegas still throw in the odd 5x wagering bonus for deposits Energy Casino offer 15x wagering on a lot of their Energy Spins, however. Unfortunately you've probably arrived at the tail end of once great bonus period; they've been dying/being restricted for years now. Some places simply don't offer them now.

Probably for a separate topic but i grew up, like most, having a beer, nipping round to Ladbrokes for the football coupon, back to the pub and for the next 2hrs plus watching it fail/win - still remember the days you could only bet on single games if it was on TV, which is weird. Then, in Manchester (cos we had no land based casino's in N Ireland due to religious zealots) I started going to Genting/Grosvenor - that whole experience has been overwritten by the ease of online gambling but it's still there. Whilst there's massive pluses re online, it does come IMO with a sense of isolation I don't particularly like Land Based Slots -i always feel as if they're tighter than their online counterparts but the next few years are going to be interesting to see if there's a swing back - i don't think so; i think anyone who likes to bet 2 quid above will simply go outwith the UKGC, but still. That aside, there is the added perk that you keep a bit of the money in the local economy but no gambler is gonna care abt that obviously. Maybe if folk mixed the two of them up a bit more you'd appreciate the other a little bit more, I dunno. What i would say re LB is, even if not been for a while, i think it gives you back a better sense of the value of money - I'd think nothing of blowing (well, not nothing but know what i mean) a grand online but when your handing cash over etc, you're a lot more hesitant - maybe provides a wee reality check as well. -

Said before, whilst the UKGC here has gone into hyperdrive re regulations, it's not been helped by online casino's murky dealings; the amount of times, and continuing to this day, has been their blatant use (or misuse) of t's and c's, practices (and blaming it on the regulator) over the years. People free rode casino's with self exclusions - yes they did but casino's were also complicit in that they, i have no doubt, saw it as a reason to 1. not pay and 2. hope that the player simply gave up chasing back deposits - both were to blame. So, yeah, now there's a cleaning of the house because online operators didn't want to do it themselves. What we have now is a perfect storm. Eg re T's and C's - in contract law there can be no onerous penalties. Fancy way of saying 'just because someone did something so minor, doesn't mean you can not pay them the 200k they've earned' - crime must fit the punishment. It's why i'd like to see those cases online where someone hit max bet once out of 10000 spins, won nothing from it, but the casino voids the entire lot, actually challenged because i'm confident it wouldn't play out that way legally. I was in Vegas many moons ago - it was great; the buzz you get when there, eating/drinking/gambling, the whole atmosphere is worth doing at least once. It's why i plan on going back to landbased more than what I've been doing, lower RTP's yes, but if you're getting butchered online you may as well do it somewhere where you can make a weekend of it. -

Think if i was resident in the USA i'd probably chuck online gambling - though there are a few like Casinomax etc offering their wares, there are all these reviews stating 'great, cheque received in 10 days' - last time i received a cheque was in 2004 by Sun bingo...how times change, now we moan if withdrawals aren't processed in 6 hours Casinoeuro point blank refused to verify me before deposit once - told me, it can only be done at 2k. Er, no. Lucky nowadays that e-verification is finally being rolled out, though the MGA casino's haven't embraced it (cost/access to systems) but as i've said many a time: never had to upload, attach, take a pic of anything for UK Based - no one should be emailing anything to anyone, especially not passport numbers/licences etc. It's nuts - if i sent some information from an unencrypted email to a general mailbox at work, I'd be sacked so why it's regarded as acceptable in casino land is baffling - particularly re GDPR. Anyway, bugbearer of mine -

The residency thing has always confused me and some casinos tbh - i saw one casino refuse to pay a Dutch citizen, residing in the UK, even though their terms state 'resident of' the UK, citing the fact they are Dutch (confusing it with Citizen - that's even before we get into Tax definitions of a resident!) -

I know bonus round usually operate with different reels but yeah the Buffalo game is unashamedly obvious in it....still don't think it's a patch on the old Flash Raging Rhino, which i used to see quite a few 1000x plus hits in it's prime - it was a cracking game until it was butchered. Harsh but fair tis was. Can't with Mr Green....they fell foul of the cull after Redbet decided to impose, what looks like, a 20 quid a month deposit limit on my account so they got dropped kicked over the fence for 4 points.- 3526 replies

Bitzstar hold my winning to check with game provider
pinnit2015 replied to trung2612's topic in Casinos General
I'd still be interested to know what gameplay needs checked at a casino's end (particularly if no bonus) and what exactly is verified with the software provider. I played last night, over 1000 spins in a game for example, with zero play, musta been about 30% RTP if i was lucky (Beest) - if i went to a casino and said 'hey , can you check with the provider if the game was working/paying out ok/glitches' - believe me, it felt as if i was playing the game with the bonus round removed/10x wins removed, I'd probably be met with 'it's fine, no need to' Maybe wrong, but i would think it's probably more to do with the bet size here. -
Aspire globals , billion casino, really stuck on what to do
pinnit2015 replied to Chico28's topic in Ask Gamblers
They are trustworthy in the sense that they won't diddle you - in general, you win there, you get paid at Aspire. Once you're verified they pay relatively quickly as well - withdraw at 10pm, Trada sees you paid at 3am etc. However, personally i wouldn't play there much because: 1. Bonus rules are poor: most games on 50% reduced wagering 2. Their RTP's are the lowest of the low - 91 etc. That being said, i mentioned Novibet above? Well, they've just got booted from my bookmarks after their attitude to an issue i reported with Deadwood; their response stunk. So, just goes to show, casino preferences are fluid, attitudes change and just cos someone's good one week, doesn't mean they don't fall down the next. Right now i'm down to Sky Vegas L and L casinos Bet365 From a previous list of 20 plus, that's some cull. If you chose/like playing with Aspire, your cashouts are safe IMO - sometimes better the Devil you Know anyhow -

That Buffalo Blitz 2 is even worse....did i not see it's win 'upto' 300x? Surely not - need to check later but had many a horrific session on that one. Bit misleading one of the sites - it does say win up to 300x, for the Buffalos, but max win is 10k stake.- 3526 replies

They're releasing a new site Mr Vegas, think it's out now - basically a Mr Green and Leo Vegas hybrid - not sure of the business model for this as it's a replica. As for RTP etc - think they're just forerunners of an industry wide move to lower ones; race to the bottom and all that. -

It's all swings and roundabout aint it - week before was hardly a w/d from about 10 deposits but yeah Bonanza was a week of the plus5's as well: loads of 17-22 soins, one 27 as well: then it dies for another month Just feel i can't win on PNG - hopefully it'll change soon as Mrs P is in her first round 4 of the Rounders Videoslots tournament and it's that Ring of Odin - makes it through and it's Reactoonz - thought to be fair the other 3 have been PNG as well - That Athena game can be OK but PNG, like Netent have just gone down the drain. Same as MG. Pretty sad as they used to have really decent games back in the day.... Oh, i forgot! There was a MAJOR glitch with No Limit - Put Deadwood on, 20p, balance 20 quid, 100 auto....it spun the entire 100 autospins in 10 seconds! I looked down and the balance was 3 quid as well - L and L refunded the balance and pulled the game - boy, those spins were like lightning. Literally. -

Not really tbh mate Bonanza last week was running like a dream - 15 deposits last week, 15 withdrawals - one of those weeks, whilst not massive ones, was frequent 200-500x wins, close together. No errors but the NYX version was a tad laggy. DOA's coming close to Wild Lines - we upped takes to 1.80, which as you know is massive for DOA2, and was one strategic wild away from glory - boy, the heart beat hit 160BPM for a good minute. But just short..... Some shocking PNG games this week though - why i persist i dunno. That Beest game? - 900 spins w/o a bonus round and skinned around 200 quid in low ish bets. Reactoonz just as bad, constant alternations. They must have took a good 500/3k up from last week - easily. Agree with Gonzo - seen a 4kx hit but the games not for me - like most Red Tigers, it's slow/clumsy and generally not very enjoyable to play.
