  1. I'm going to lament on Greenspin.bet Casino (formerly owned and operated by Direx NV but now by Dama NV), because I am simply wondering what the heck is their Support Team doing. Are they way too busy to reply to my enquiries via their Live Chat host, via my own email and also via their own Contact Form on their website??? On Thursday (11th Feb 2021), I received a nice promotional email from one of their casino's affiliates (GOA), offering a 20 EUR no-deposit bonus for signing up at Greenspin.bet Casino. Wow! Wonderful, I was thinking. So I visited the casino's website, checked through their Bonus Terms and also checked through their T&C, just to ensure that my country is not restricted from claiming any no-deposit bonuses (some casinos have this clause in their T&C). Sure enough, there wasn't any such restrictions, so I can sign up and claim that 20 EUR no-deposit bonus, if that offer was indeed a valid one. So, the first thing that I did was to get in touch with the casino's Live Chat service, spoke to Steve (friendly and helpful) about it, but he said that he cannot see the screenshot that I had uploaded for him to see. He said that I should register first, then the screenshot would be visible. Hmm...very ODD...I was thinking to myself. Anyway, I then registered, filled in my profile, and got back in touch with Steve. Steve then said that he could see the screenshot, but cannot understand why the 20 EUR NDB was automatically cancelled by the system. I told Steve that I had checked the terms and conditions earlier on, before signing up, and that there wasn't any restrictions whatsoever. Steve then passed a message to their Tech dept for clarification, and told me that I should come back the next day to see if the problem had been resolved. I did just that, but there was still nothing there in my account. That's when I exited the casino, got into my mailbox, and sent an email to their [email protected] address. By night time, there was still no reply from the casino's side, so I went back to the casino, logged myself in, and then used their own contact form to send an enquiry message directly. That was yesterday (Friday). Today, still absolutely nothing...no reply whatsoever. That got me furious, and here I am in Askgamblers lamenting! Their customer support is supposed to be 24/7 (maybe it isn't after all), so I'm just blowing smoke out of my ears for as long as Greenspin.bet Casino doesn't respond to my enquiries. This is not what I would expect from any Dama NV casino, and is a disappointment to me. If no reply comes back in the next few days, I going to close my new unused account at the casino, and will forever have second thoughts about Dama NV!!! If anyone else here have had any similar issues at the casino, I would love to hear it please.
  2. I noticed the casino operators changed from Direx N.V. to Dama N.V. Also the fine print at the bottom of webpage has also been changed. This is kind of weird does anyone have any clues as to why?
  3. Right now, I am fuming smoke out of my ears! Why? Yesterday, I made a small win of $82 at Wildblaster Casino, another of Direx NV group of casinos, but my withdrawal was rejected! WTF!!! My documents have already been approved, but now they are insisting that my selfie be taken whilst chatting with their Live Chat host! One more WTF!!! Wildblaster Casino is just like Roy Richie Casino, which wanted my selfie holding my ID, and with their email clearly visible in my laptop screen in the background, like my handphone is Hubble telescope that can take sharp photos million of miles away! I then submitted my poor quality selfie (my old handphone simply cannot take sharper photos), but that got rejected within 1 minute. 'Take a selfie with the Live Chat', the reply insisted. That makes for my third WTF!!! There is no mention of any selfie requirement in their T&C, and by closing my account, I would not get a single cent back either! WTF!!! No other casino has ever got more than 3 'WTF's before...so Wildblaster Casino is the FIRST!!! I am now contemplating to play off my balance to zero, and then immediately request for closure of my account...or think of something else to do. AGCCS??? Will that help? I really don't know! Any suggestions please?
  4. What you didn't know about Champagne Spins Casino...sounds like something out of Youtube doesn't it? Hehehe. Well, there are a couple of things that I have found out about this casino, which you won't find at any other casino, which are either 'not-preferable' or 'non-standard', depending on how you look at it. Firstly, when I signed up and made my first deposit at the casino, I claimed the welcome bonus and its accompanying free spins. As usual, play began using my real cash first, with the bonus money coming in only after exhausting that real cash money - nothing strange in that at all. With a bit of good luck, I managed to make a small win, still playing with my real cash money, and tried to make a withdrawal, only to be informed on screen that a withdrawal cannot be made whilst there's an active bonus - once again, nothing strange in that. Okaaay, so the logical thing for anyone to do would be to cancel that active bonus, right? Yep, that's what I did - I cancelled the unfinished remaining wagering requirement on that bonus amount, but in doing so, a message popped up indicating that the free spins would be cancelled off too! What the argh! Now, this is NOT the standard practice! Usually, you can cancel any unfinished wagering, without losing out any unused or unactivated free spins! And so it was that I made my withdrawal, lost the free spins offer, but got the payment from the casino in quick time. Ah...at least that's one good thing! Secondly, some months after that first incident, which was yesterday, I made my second deposit of $40, paid $1 extra as a deposit fee, but took no bonus with my deposit, simply because I didn't want to be tied down again to that ridiculous and absurd bonus term. My intention was very clear - I wanted to play on my favourite Finn And The Swirly Spin game, which I haven't played at this casino as yet, without any restrictions whatsoever. So I clicked on the game...but nothing happened...tried a few more times...still nothing! Other games were working fine. So I checked up with the casino's live chat host and he informed me that the game can ONLY be played in DEMO mode! What the argh! Champagne Spins is yet another one of Direx NV casinos, but this is the ONLY casino that doesn't allow real money play on Finn's game! Very very strange indeed! Needless to say, I was very very disappointed! Thirdly, I requested for a full refund of my deposit because I made that deposit purely to play on that Finn game and nothing else. The host couldn't help me out in this instance, so he suggested doing a request via email to the Support team instead. Okay, fair enough...and my request got sent soon after. Rick Valentine, a real valentine guy I would say, hehehe, answered my query a few minutes later. He asked me what the problem was, so I explained to him, in great detail, on why I made that deposit, paid a $1 fee, only to find that I cannot play that Finn game. I explained to him why I wanted a full refund of my money, without having to do the required 1x wagering on the deposited amount before a withdrawal can be made. I also explained to him why I didn't want to play on any other game, because that wasn't my intention. So I told him, I can accept only 2 options - either refund my full $41 money (including that $1 deposit fee), or close my account so that I can get back my money. There can be no two ways about it, I told Rick. Fourthly, a few minutes later, good ole Rick replied back, thanked me for the great details, hahaha, and he also informed me that I can now make my withdrawal of the full $41 amount! Whoopie! Rick understood my situation, he saw the logics behind my request, so he approved a full refund, and he even said that he would be writing to the casino's management about that Finn game - to make it available for play with real money! Now that is one superb customer service!!! Fifthly, now this is really getting to be a long story, isn't it, hahaha...but not to worry, I'll make it very short for you, hehehe. I made my withdrawal and got paid within a few minutes...maybe like 5 minutes, 10 at the most!!! Now that is one blazing lightning fast withdrawal speed! Sixthly, I know that some readers may not read everything that I have written here...you know...skip the details...just read the conclusion...hehehe...but the final point is...Champagne Spins Casino is one good casino...even with its limited game providers! (PS...Piper mate...is that way too many pixels for you mate? Hahaha )
