  1. Can't post links but LV fined for marketing to SE customers (600k fine) and taking bets. You can see on the Guardian/BBC site. Joining the Cassava club. What will happen? Prepare for more 'pro active' approaches from others seeking to cover their position. I'm sure the gambling hating article writers at the Guardian wrote their piece with great glee
  2. 100% with this. I spent ages arguing with a casino about their insistence with email verification and how it's not secure. They just didn't get it. Also asked about how they store the data, their Info Security accreditation, PCI compliance and the response i got was shocking. This just wasn't chat support as well. Apparently a member of the management team. So draw your own conclusions about how secure your data is at some of these places. And that's even before we go onto Statement of Weath information the same people are probably requesting
  3. I had a casino that sent a payment back to my MasterCard. Like you, as zero balance or near enough, it put my CC in credit. Was no big deal tho - I asked capital one to simply faster payment the amount in credit to my bank account. Some card company’s will suspend your card if you go into credit so it’s not like you can simply spend the credit that’s on the card. I noted last time that my credit card was credited in minutes after being processed. Some don’t let you withdraw to CC and u need to request bank transfer. Can’t remember the rationale why but I can’t withdraw to some and some I can. Think it’s something to do when it was issued or that 3D security. Who knows :-)
  4. Butlers used to be a decent site for MG only (though horrific bingo-esque withdrawal timelimits) but their site has gone to pot. Used to very slick. Think the 100k advertising standards fine saw them cut back on system maintenance. Got offer in other day 20 quid for 150 free spins in the snail mail, but always in those horrible MG games like Cool Buck etc. Nah. Good bonus system though - similar to Casumo's. Can dip in and out of bonus money etc. Sadly, my move away from MG only, has meant no more randon 100-200 cash drops. Which shows you how much i was down there
  5. I've heard they've started to review their previous overly aggressive banning - they completely banned, rather than bonus - so I expect to receive something saying here's your account. I probably wont use again though. Probably with these casinos is that their offers were the raison d'etre of existence - take that away and your left with a decent-ish site but sluggish withdrawals. There are probably one of the most generous sites around, however. I just found it funny - i asked them was it because i took out a meaty withdrawal from a bonus they said no, nothing to do with withdrawals. So i asked why, when i deposited 2k and not a withdrawal, did the offers keep coming and i keepa taking, but no ban. They never replied Go figure....sing when ur winning
  6. Careful of playing too many bonus's across that network - you'll be fine as long as you don't win but, cash out too much from freebies, and the ban hammer will come Wield it more than Thor.
  7. I’ll eat my foil hat but Bonanza doesn’t play the way it did since late last year. DHV makes up my biggest X wins - for people reading it’s my opinion that DHV is probably the only one that will spew decent wins (queens of riches has a 19000 x winner tho) The only caveat to play n go is... sweet alchemy! Lord that games awful. I’ve been battering it for weeks and only a 200 x :-) But yeah, one BTG game is enough. Iv been enjoying playing some Merkur and Novos more than Bonanza et al. BTG are like the Lex Luthor of in-line gaming
  8. As a frequent depositer with said casino I did raise a quizzical eyebrow.... No way is my opinion swayed by the fact that they sent me cash after I’d problems depositing, as a ‘sorry’ :-p
  9. 888 or cassava casinos seem to send them out often. Must be looking to pay their fines off early.
  10. They part of progress play? It’s exactly the same amount as I got from Mr Superplay. It depends if I know the casino. I’m not keen on opening other casino accounts so if it’s one iv not heard of when I open I automatically shred it. The only ones I tend to read or use are from Videoslots or Butlers as they’re normally offers. Was going to say why are they posting stuff out but probably because people are more likely to read. Half of its spam from an affiliate and so I normally inform the casino asking for proof of opt in :-p
  11. Caddell used to turn your 10p bonus into cash. Had 900 wagering once and then when it went into cash I played doa on 9p, got a quid and then a wildline with no wagering as was cash ;-) so it can work both ways, yin and yang, pilau and rice. It’s kinda moot now in the UK as it should be separate going forward but I can see how holding people to 1200 wagering for a 1p bonus after a new deposit could/would be construed as an unfair term. Sadly as few cases get taken to court we will never really know :-p There’s some casinos with even more dubious terms - like not reducing your bet substantially: basically meaning you need max bet and min bet protection. But without defining substantial. The OPs in these types of threads really need to elaborate more. You shouldn’t sling mud in public forums without giving the detail to go with it to allow people to chip in.
  12. If you want truly awful bonus terms, check out Stakers casino, whereby your wagering is based on your balance at that time. Oh my wagering is 700....play more, win more. Now it's 2,500. I don't normally bat around the word scam lightly but that verges on being classed a racket.
  13. They carried the bonus over to a fresh deposit? Some casinos will zero off your bonus if you have a new deposit and some, unfairly IMO, will continue - meaning that if you deposit with 12p in your account then the bonus is still active and then hit with wagering. If that's what has happened i used to think that was an unfair practice - people will tell you 'ah, you should have contacted support to zero it' - which again, I think is unfair. Is that what happened?
  14. Why cheated? Until recently (for most) this was standard - locking bonus and cash together-across most casinos. If it states it clearly (i can't check) in the terms then I don't see how you can - it's what you signed up to. Personally I'm glad we segregate them now but at the end of the day no one forces you to take a bonus.
  15. How'd this pan out for the OP? Had a look on the complaints for Novibet but couldn't see anything?
  16. Please don't call it a PROVEN system..please....
  17. Suppose it all depends on what they deem their ML controls to be - some accept more risk than other. Some may see the X1 requirement not much of a control. Same with withdrawal policies - Videoslots make you take back to the most frequently used deposit method, others it's the last. End of day ML requirements are principle based, not rules based - each to their own in many respects - as long as they can stand up and state why they operate x,y,z then so be it.
  18. I don't believe that x3 is in any way related to fraud. Why not x4, or x5. The UKGC has in fact come out and said that you have to allow players to withdraw whenever you want - it's led to some casinos, here anyway, getting rid of even the x1 playthrough and replacing it with a service charge of 5% if you want to remove before a X1 (L&L are one of the Groups off hand) Not related to this specifically, but the EU Directive on ML has led to a plethora of casinos waving this 'it's cos of fraud' at players when talking of their terms. Some are correct IMO, some are nonsense. They're only trying to interpret as best they can - some getting it right, some (like Videoslots and their SOW) horribly wrong at the start.
  19. Inetbet don't have a good rep in the affiliate world, that is the only thing i know. Can't play their as no UK licence but FWIW - what was their reason?
  20. The lock functions ok (personally, i don't use) I'd rather have a casino that processes faster/instantly anyhow - plus, SM don't even process at the weekend (again, no biggy, just sayin) i think SM's is like a poorer version of Videoslots - so much potential but never really progressed. Rizk are processing so fast that byt the time you go to click their lock option, it's probably processed
  21. Probably won’t -too lucrative :-)
  22. Technology advances? I’ve just been visiting places who still have Windows XP within their equipment etc. No amount of patching is going to help when the Russian hackers come a knocking :-0 Sorry, ‘state sponsored’
  23. There’s more and more casinos becoming a bit sneaky. I’ll review their terms for free and make recommendations to the appropriate regulator to have their licences revoked. That situation above is simply predatory. And wrong.
