  1. IMO They’re by no means a dodgy operator but last time I checked they were a Netent only casino and had pretty rubbish bonus terms of 70 wagering. Unless the OP comes back and say he was asked to play his deposit x2 or above
  2. I think there’s merit in the whole compensating element of slots but in terms of different RTPs for new accounts I think that’s a bit tinfoil hattery. You’d need software and casino collusion and until something’s ever proven, I’ll air on the side of non scepticism Incidentally I’m the opposite. Almost never cashed out on a welcome bonus
  3. The site also seems to freeze my phone or laptop. Stone dead.
  4. I got caught out with this at butlers bingo. It’s easily done. I’d prefer to see the automatic cancelling of a bonus at a certain amount or when a new deposit is made etc.
  5. Sadly not Afi.....but in context it took 500 off me before it give 1675. Put twenty in the Old DOA and hit this just shy of 1000 - sadly no WL but there were 8 or so wilds.
  6. *Insert forgotten Reactoonz 1675 X win* Base Game 1500 as was a x2 on the Red's together with a few others. Getting more from the base game than the gargantoon. A rather fun game but deceptively harsh
  7. Personally i'm not a fan of jackpot games, primarily for the reason that the bulk on the RTP is in the Jackpot. You're not going to get many decent base hits in them.
  8. Anno...i’ll give them a chance to ‘pick’ another site that it was and see what comes back. If my accounts not been reinstated by Tuesday I’ll submit a complaint. My guess is that there was an information migration that has went wrong. And the fact that LV can’t even get the casino right is a cause for concern. Never thought I’d get caught up in SE! ;-)
  9. Happened with me with that other site i closed in 2016- checked my email and i specifically said i was closing it to 1. Lack of quick spin being enabled and 2. Laggy site. They deemed that to be a SE and after i challenged i was told 'we don't do account closures, only SE' Absolute nonsense.
  10. And the tail twists. This is getting ridiculous now: Leo Vegas: Hi XXX, I hope this email finds you well. The relevant department have looked into the self exclusion for you and have confirmed that this is with http://21.co.uk/, you will need to contact their support department on the following email [email protected]. They will be able to confirm how long you have closed the account with them and if this can be lifted you will then be able to continue playing on our site. And after a long email exchange with 21.co.uk... Hello XXXX, Thank you for your reply. I can confirm that you last accessed the account on 21.co.uk on the 24th March 2017 at 16:50:56. I can see that a self exclusion has been applied across the network for 5 years and this was requested on the 4th April 2018 at 20:57:13. As you have not logged into the site since 2017 you have not requested the self exclusion from the 21.co.uk account
  11. Probably because they know some will break the max bet rule and that’s beneficial to the income statement. I’ll get my coat.... I presume they put max bets to stop bonus abuse and limit liability. I equally presume they have the technology to stop it happening, as some clearly already use.
  12. One of the guys at LV is looking into this now. But.... When was my last login to the site - 24th March 2018 (I thought it was longer but hi hum) When is the SE done? They’re saying 4th April 2018 So, how did I do it on the 4th when my last login was 24th March. Still waiting on that being answered. Like some magical elf is after me. If I’m robbed on my beloved Royal Panda over this c@@@ I’m giving up the slotting :-p
  13. Well... Despite asking for details such as when the request was made, how was it made and even asking for details of my logins, asking them to check with their IT department etc they came back...in 12 minutes with a ‘you requested it’ response. Quite a thorough look then.
  14. LV just got back - apparently it was with 21 co.uk and done last week. I have now went to 21 and asked what information they have on this. I haven’t even logged into that site in months so iv asked them for my last logins, how it was apparently done This isn’t a case of closing accounts as I have not done even that. There’s no money involved here (thankfully) Seeing what they come back with - this has infuriated me.
  15. Oh Lord....not your typical SE issue. Was playing at Leo Vegas last night - Bonanza 2 (news fash, it's not very good) Went to login today only to be met with 'You're SE with a casino in the Group' Firstly I'm not. I did close my account with BingoGodz (not SE) 2 years and the reopened a year ago or so. So, i thought maybe it's them - somethings went wrong when LV took the detail over. But by Lord....what terrible chat support. Told me i SE at 8.57pm. Now, why that's strange is that i hadn't even logged in there for months. Secondly, I was playing DOA at Royal Panda waiting Bonanza 2. Then they said, when i requested the details of this apparent SE and my site login times, nothing - no reply. Only to then quote the companies under LV. So i said 'so it isn't you'. It was so painful. Currently chasing it up with LV as to get the alleged casino and sort out. What concerns me more is the possible issues with my No1 deposit site - Royal Panda. No deposits until this is sorted
  16. My RTP is higher than i thought - in fact, Bonanza is even 100 plus (more so after a 1453 X win this morning on it ). Though my DOA stats are shocking on it. Not as bad as Immortal Romance with a 85% Good job - the difference with Maria i think is that this one is more user friendly.
  17. Cheers Valdes Think I'm going to ask my company for a secondment at the UKGC, Software Provider and a casino
  18. Rumour has it the casino's offered him 10% and a car in lieu of the winnings? Though just conjecture, this would be a real shocker, if indeed true. Be keeping an eye on this yin.
  19. They've also got some of laggiest games I've played - certainly in the UK. Had some potential at the start for me but kinda lost their way a bit. Their withdrawal times are all over the place as well - you deposit with VISA and they tell you your withdrawal is, priority wise, behind others who deposited with Trustly - apparently can't withdraw back to card, which is weird (in the UK at least)
  20. That would certainly avoid the issues of the casino paying out progressives in 10k instalments Quite right as well I doubt it'll be an issue for me as 1. I'm not a new sign up who won it within 2 days and 2. I'm not Scandinavian
  21. Mr V, You've mentioned something that i forgot to mention/ask? Correct me if i'm being stupid... When i played the other day with Highroller - they are UKGC licenced. But when i click on some of their games it says i'm playing under the jurisdiction of Cureau (can't spell) So is it a case that a casino can be licensed under the UKGC but running games that are from providers that are not? And if so, how does that help reassure the player that all is ok? Eg - i'm happy with casino but now dubious about where the actual games are being pulled from
  22. But it goes to the casino and then to the player? - see the old Playtech Progressive Jackpot debacles whereby the casino refused to pay it all over to some woman even though they received the full payment (epitome of a rogue joint) Or do Netent operate differently?
  23. No Uk licence so not familiar but people go on about their fast payouts etc - what are they like?
  24. Hope it goes ok - unfortunately if there are issues you're left with a weak/non existent licensing regime as well but hopefully it won't come to that.
  25. Man, having to do that everyday sounds painful
