  1. Meant to add... I’d a casino was built specifically for me it would be impossible to lose. :-) but just me... the rest of you would have to lose to find my playboy lifestyle. So, thanks :-) Also like to add is casinos sometimes misinterpretation of things like statement of wealth checks. Confusing RG with money laundering and the stupid requests being asked of people now. I envisage it getting worse and if so, I envisage me quitting and opting for blackjack at the brick and mortar establishments.
  2. The TRTP should be clearly advertised...many have it buried in the help file, some it’s when you load the game. But it should be advertised. So that to my knowledge should be clear. However that’s based over god knows how many millions of spins. The current RTP may be higher or lower than that for you. Some providers like MG issue one RTP. Some, like play and go, give casinos the option of selecting the higher or lower RTP. Some like IGT have it between 92 and 95 for example. I’m not sure if I would associate it closely with variance. For me it boils down to low: regular wins, small wins or high: less frequent but far bigger potential. Play raging rhino and bloodsuckers to see how that works out. RR can give 1000s for a 80p bonus but BS you’ll struggle to hit above 250x There is an element of compensation with slots. If someone hits a massive win the TRTP will be thrown into chaos and therefore must be recovered from losing players- it’s their losses than pay for the few monster hits
  3. If you go on Slotty or Betat they have a list of what they deem it to be. Personally I'm not sure if there's a hard and fast answer to what's high. Eg, a scale? Eg. People will call Bonanza High. It's not, it's distinctly medium. I've always looked at the pay tables as an indication. Netent, for example, are now mainly low with rubbish returns for 5 wilds etc, so IMO they're mainly low variance.
  4. I think one of the factors is that some methods are more 'fraud friendly'. I know that Skrill came into a lot criticism from some casinos for this. There will also be the element of cost to the casino - be interested to see some unit costs for how much each transaction cost the casino. Personally I'm not a fan of e wallets - their fee's are frankly ridiculous. And i've had my withdrawal held up several times, so they're a no no to me.
  5. Reactoonz is one of those games that manages to destroy your balance without you even noticing until down to last quid... think it’s a rather genius combination of having awful Pays for some symbols as well as being quite a fun game. So you’re winning but you’re not really....has overtaken Viking runecraft for me- truly awful run on that game.
  6. Can’t remember where I read the stats but someone did post the bonus conversion ratio, with even x35, and it was dirt low. Most cases I manage a x15. Don’t know where you people are but in the UK we got rid of the sticky bonus so any bonus offer now is basically a second go. Just point out that casinos fire offers out. If they want to run the rule of bonus taken v non bonus deposits, they should tailor their offers to people-pretty sure given their systems it would be easy enough to set parameters on their systems so that it targets only those accounts it wants to.
  7. Online games ARE programming.... Thy need to control the RTP somehow ;-)
  8. Good question as i always play a game on one site and then go ‘I’ll now play it on another site’... it It’s probably psychological. If iv had a big win on a game on one site I’ll always favour that site. Because in my head iv seen it pay. There’s always that feeling that you believe a game play better on one site than another... But in the main it’s the loyalty scheme that’s the difference. If I know I’m getting points or rewards on a site, I’ll play it there. If I know that the casino may fire me a free chip if I do bad, I’ll play it there. Also some sites are a lot slicker than others, the games faster etc. So a combo between rewards and thinking ‘ bonanza plays better in this site’
  9. Too many things that bother me about casinos. Pending Periods - though i don't play at places with massive PP's, there is no need for them. They serve one purpose - reversing withdrawals. Lack of 'flushing' - add the lock withdrawal function if you insist on a PP. What bothers me in Casinoland is the continued issue with SE's - are you telling me that casinos, with all the money they invest in anti fraud controls, cannot identify players who are SE from another casino on the same licence until withdrawal stage? No. Not sure if gamblers want to see anything innovative. Gamblers are simple souls - all they want is a hassle free experience, from putting the money in til taking it out. Bells and whistles aren't really that important. Whats important is hassle free withdrawals, slick games, decent chat support when thing go wrong and, if need be, a few bonus/spin perks along the way. IMO where casinos have completely trailed off is on loyalty schemes. Certainly here in the UK there are few excellent ones. One thing has been improved in the UK - per the new rules/regulations or whatever, casinos are now having to give you a breakdown of RTP per site, per game, net deposits and the like.
  10. This group have one of the weirdest business models about. If you took a lot of bonus's they will ban you. Not bonus ban only, but whole ban. I think they've now changed a bit whereby they let you play on, but just with no offers. If you had a withdrawal pending they should, or normally, would, pay that out before the final ban. Key question is bonus ban or self exclusion. Some casinos will identify you at the start before you even open the account, other wait until verification. You don't need to be a genius to work out why it's more beneficial for them to wait until the latter.
  11. Yeah they specifically mention it now... Years ago they treated it as any online purchase but they, well most of them, changed it 6/7 years ago now to being the same as taking cash out of a machine etc.
  12. Surely a payment to a casino is governed by the terms of the credit card company? All credit cards I have clearly state that any gambling transactions are treated as cash advances and hence the fee. For the card company it’ll be irrelevant then how the casino treats it? I had a cool thing going back in 2006. Card company treated as purchase. All purchases got 2 or so percent cash back. And the casino didn’t have a x1 playthrough. So... deposit. Withdraw. Deposit. Withdraw. Got about 2 or 3 k cash back before they cottoned on. Apparently that was abusing the spirit of the cashback. I pointed out it didn’t breach their terms and conditions. Result? Paid out and they closed my account.
  13. Videopoker at 32red is still amongst the best in the biz, if not THE. Just a pity the group would move with the times a bit. I don't know how long a MG only casino will continue to remain and be competitive - Casino Rewards will probably follow the consolidation route.
  14. Good question... I'd say no - a Take a Break on one is NOT the same as self exclusion. So it shouldn't lead to problems. However...i know of a case whereby someone TAB on one site and it was treated as SE on other. Long story short they challenged it and won. So if it happens, complain.I think you'd have a strong case if they did this (IBAS agreed) Another thing - casino SE's are licence specific, not owner. So even if 32 red for example and Unibet are linked via the same owner (Kindred) if they have separate licences, then things like SE will not apply.
  15. Who knows Netents reasoning....why have they continued to make such poor slots over the last 3-5 years? Can't say i've played it much - only a few Netents that i play now - DOA and Wild Rockets They're probably clearing the decks for developing a Megaways slot - no doubt they'll balls that up as well
  16. 1. If you get to x2 your deposit, take your deposit out and play on. Once that's gone, stop. 2. If you win massive, stop gambling. Forever. These two are about as close to 'systems' that may work as you'll ever get. No one is a winner in the long run - unless you're an affiliate streamer of a casino, in which case you have the bog standard 6k% RTP.
  17. No, they’re defo not. Caddell casino. The main LV ones are mcasino, pink casino, bingogodz and 21.co.uk. You may wish to read ts and cs if you plan on staying gambling because max bets, excluded games and self exclusions will always be an issue :-)
  18. If you won on one of the other sites they keep your winnings but should void and return your deposits that you made since the SE.
  19. SpinStation isn’t part of the LV group so that’s fine. However LV have acquired the old IPS sites so if you did from one of those you’ll be excluded from there. Google gambling commission and check the LV licence to see all the related ones. Can you login to LV? (Sore subject for me as iv been incorrectly self excluded from LV, complaint pending :-p)
  20. True... the only proven system is... over time, you gamble, you lose :-)
  21. Finally! Shame only on 18p though...was weird watch it come in on the newbie
  22. Surprised Johnny’s not in Marbella, living on a yacht, with all these RTPs ;-)
  23. I’m having a ball on reactoonz at the moment. Last 3 sessions have all had 750 x plus wins. It will eventually turn... My view of play n go is that you need to invest in them. It may require 1k spins plus etc and many deposits but they tend to give you an excellent return. However some I’m not keen on - sorry Fiekie but I can’t warm to moon princess. Good at lower stakes but no luck 2 quid or above. And house of doom is absolute guff. There lies the difference between png and BTG for example - I have more belief that png will pay than the other.
  24. Wouldn’t really matter - as bonus and cash aren’t linked, the bonus becomes a second chance.
  25. Update - looks like no idea of where the SE has come from (space, I presume). Customer service one last nudge before I complain.
