  1. Hmmm, they're normally quite on the ball. If indeed it was taken twice and you have the above it shouldn't be too hard to show. Only advice i have is give them a day to supply it and if no response submit a complaint via here or where ever. Shame that they don't email you like others do when you make a deposit and then it'd be easy pulling the emails.
  2. Have they confirmed they’re going to send you the statement of account? Can’t see any reason for them not. Failing that submit a subject access request for the information.
  3. Iv personally left negative reviews of casinos on here. My only gripe with the process is that some of them have taken several rewrites after getting removed. Think it was for the reason of ‘this is a complaint’. Well no, if it was a complaint I’d submit one. Being asked to talk about negative aspects of a casino and sounding like a complaint sometimes go hand in hand, so personally some of the rejections have appeared over zealous. I must add that after tweaking my English they were all approved.
  4. I always find that the Videoslots battles give you a better impression of how well a game can play. You’ll see dead or alive or book of dead with the regular high score being 300 plus quid from a tenner. Then go to others like explosivo esquel, or whatever it’s called, and top place is 70 quid.
  5. Personally I don’t like ELK that much. Their games for me are very similar to Yggdrasil. You’ll see the odd massive win but in the main they’re low paying, fun games. Only one I really play is Wild Toro, primarily because the bull looks funny :-p
  6. Bit like paypal used to do 'subject to review due to activity on account'. Meant that couldn't log in until it was concluded. Or whatever that meant. 30 days? When you ask what it was about, they also refuse to answer....hence they've been consigned to history
  7. Probably costs more than 20 quid for them to process a cheque It’s like 1996 - should just hop on internet banking and send it
  8. Me too - they aren’t going to be taking money from peoples accounts on a whim... unless there’s been some massive issue with their banking. It’s probably last weeks transactions only showing now. Can’t trust anyone completely but novibet are as close as you can Imo
  9. Checked -yeah, the delays quite big in showing on account. 5 days or more. But it’s bona fida. Deposited 500 last week, 500 off account.
  10. Hopefully they’ll reverse the 100 autospin rule. But hopefully not do, as Alderney do, remove quickspin. What they should do is unlicence those providers who insist on applying 10k monthly limits to progressive winners. That doesn’t affect most of it but it’s a pretty shady practice
  11. Yeah, the UKGC seems to be stuck in the process of doing a few good things and then going leftfield and looking at completely daft things. But I suppose that’s better than having some of the other licensing jurisdiction. Happy for them to have a pending period but if they do add the lock function. I think that’s a fair compromise. I bet if this happens then pending periods will disappear in a large number of cases. If you’ve verified me, if I take no bonus and if I win 500 quid I see no reason why that should go through an arduous ‘vetting process’ of checks. By all means, if I win 500k so your checks with the provider but having a 72 hour pending period for a few hundred quid is simply mental. Well not to them, some will reverse of course
  12. If there’s been an issue at their end I’m confident they’ll make it good. I’ll just check my account....
  13. Check on you’re bank the date of the transaction and when it was posted to account. Reason I ask is that I just noticed that, coincidental timing of your post, Novibets transactions were appearing on my account a week later. Eg one of mine was transaction date 4th April but showing on account on 10th. I think my available balance changed at the time so I still had what I thought I’d have. Their support are normally decent and they are a very fair casino so I don’t anything sinister is afoot.
  14. Yeah it’s the fast transfer at SV for cards. Only works if you’ve a Barclays account but others are being added I think. Limited to 500 quid atm though.
  15. Part of the old Virtual Casino Groups? As Coco said, submit your complaint and never play there again
  16. If it was Sky Vegas and Barclaycard you'd have it in 10 minutes to your card (others are following apparently) Casino heroes , despite my ranting against them due to their shambolic reintroduction to the UK market IMO, have turned a corner - i've had a few and they are relatively quick. If i withdraw on Monday it's on my card Wednesday. The clues in their terms 1 TO 3 days...chill, it'll come.
  17. oopsie - searched for Lotto Social Limited and it came up with the above but Hatchster Ltd is still on the go (seems Lotto Social Limited, same address mind you, is the one on the 24th). Don't know if that means that the software company is being dissolved or what... As Coco said they'd not be allowed to keep trading so presume that all ok. Looks legit enough (well as legit as anything with the word syndicate in it can be)
  18. Which probably accounts as to why their transaction team never got back to you...they've all got new jobs
  19. Quick look on Companies House shows that they are, as of 24th April coming up, being dissolved - struck off the companies house register. Which means that as of 24th April, the company in it's current standing no longer exists, no chasing of debts etc etc.....
  20. Most will - eg cool buck on MG as you've said. Not sure about Williams but why not ask the casino, if not already, to contact the software provider? Other than that - check the help file on the game and see what it says? I'd imagine that it should - after all, everyone has a dip in wifi connection etc
  21. You could use the charge back on debit cards - careful though, it's awash with checks that they'll do and if you manage to pass it, it it'll see you put on a casino blacklist basically (may not apply in this case) s75 if used a credit card. This is easier than chargebacks and more likely to be successful. I'm not sure how these are applied in terms of lottery's/casinos etc - possibly under the section of 'failed to supply goods' or misrepresented what they were selling - not the expert....
  22. There’s the crux - the way bonus offerings are going, I don’t think you’ll see as much opportunity for ‘jumping’ between casinos. How many white labels are on the go? All offering the same. I used to take more SUBs but now I can’t really be bothered. Personally I think you’ll see casinos skimming down on bonus offers and maybe going down the loyalty reward scheme for retained players. Fact is casino bonus hunters aren’t that lucrative for them. One deposit, no luck, no return. On a side note - the whole ‘play your deposit through once’ is going to possibly disappear in the UK. Don’t get too excited - it’ll now be a 5% charge. What that tells me is that the whole x1 playthrough isn’t necessarily all to do with AML :-) Hopefully the GC will look into ts and cs more and more rather than telling me I can’t quickspin, I can’t deposit via credit card or a can’t spin more than 100 times
  23. I read, from a casino rep, that offering bonus’s particularly welcome, put the casino at a loss and attracts fraud rings... Personally I think that’s a load of nonsense - really? With. 50 percent bonus and x48 wagering? What kind of reputable fraudster would want to go for that. Love to see some figures from a casino regarding bonus use.
  24. Can one of you guys ask the professional streamers how much of their soul they had to sell to get the enhanced RTPs off the casinos? :-)
