      How does the length of a pending period link into the risk of your account being emptied? :-) Don’t have the stats but 5-10 days is excessive in my view. Certainly for relatively modest withdrawals there is no need and it’s purely to see increases in reversals. 48hrs max is probably the industry average. If a casino is taking 10 days to process a withdrawal they’re taking the mick.

      They are full of unfulfilled potential....they are not value for money in the slightest. 10k in DOA or 10k in Bonanza. You’ll fare better in DOA. But... they are relatively enjoyable if bonus offerings come in. Other than that they are pure propaganda. 250k for the scatters may I add... not the 1000 x ;-)

      Exactamundo....player protection? Well how about protecting punters who have won with one their licensed operators and who are, for all intents and purposes, holding withdrawals back on the basis of this. They won't do anything. Rather they will refer to some guidelines or what not. If the UKGC view casinos as Money Laundering high risk (and I don't really believe that - banks?) then come out and say 'before you take a penny, SOW at registration'. As absurd as this is, at least people will know where they stand. I've read the AML regulations and the UKGC information and I'm still a bit miffed at some of it.

      In the past I'd have disagreed but....take casino heroes? For years they'd no UKGC licence but arguably are more trustworthy than some licensed operators. The UKGC have, to my amazement, granted some licences to some operators that surprise me. And this is what's going to happen - people will stick two fingers up to the UKGC and go elsewhere. I can't vouch for Direx as never played but this is going to leave some people who go to some less reputable places without much recourse.

Go away If this means I close one after another to the extent that I have to go back to playing in land casinos or none, then so be it. Bit of sympathy for casinos regarding this but between them trying to cover selves and a completely clueless regulator in the UKGC (who incidentally have not replied to any of my letters - maybe I’ll get their attention by declaring I’m a successful money launderer and asking is that Ok) it’s like KYC was a walk in the park. What concerns me is this may drive people to playing at less scrupulous casinos.

      I must be on some sort of watchlist. Here's the latest absurd request. Again from GiG who IMO are getting this massively wrong. 3k deposits from Jan-18. Media coverage, from what?       I’m sure they have software for working out deposit without v deposit with bonus and could tailor their marketing with that. It’s weird because they are a trustworthy casino in the sense they don’t attempt to ***** you regarding payments so I really can’t work out their marketing/business model.

      The caddell/WHT group have the potential to be a very good casino for low rollers. Frequent 200 per cent offers etc. But, correct, they penalise you for taking advantage of the offers sent. They started with full on bans from the group. It’s now changed a bit so that you can play but simply ban you from bonus’s. But take away their offers and you’re left with an average casino.

      If they’re just banning you for ‘bonus abuse’ then they’ll pay you the 1800. If it’s a breach of some term then probably not. Lodge a complaint if it’s just being banned for taking too many bonus’s. It’s pending now but they should process the full 1800. Strange group. Confirmed tIf it’s just for taking too many offers you’ll get the full payment. Their emails are poorly worded though and I’d to email 4 times asking if my pending withdrawal was being paid. It was.

      In relation to the OP-I’m not sure you’d have a case for refunds anyway. SE is across the licence and as far as I know RP are still basically a separate company with their own licence anyway (which surprises me as to why they’re doung this now) If it was the case I’d probably be due 3k ;-) But it’s fine, they can keep it - I believe the gambling’s gods will find a way of giving me it :-p

      On that note, if it is the SE, Royal Panda has to be one of the best sites i have had the pleasure of playing with. So there’s no complaint with them if so, my only gripe is with those who now own them :-) Farewell Panda and maybe see you in 2023 for the release of Bonanza 4 That’s if anyone’s left playing online after we’ve all been convicted of money laundering. Or something.

      To be honest iv kinda got bored with death by a thousand cuts when playing even at quids, so now just depositing and seeing what they give me. Banked a grand and now off to try and win something in that sweet alchemy game. There must be a 500x in there somewhere.

      Argh! Same here.... getting the message and waiting to here back from from customer services. I’d a major problem with Leo Vegas (won’t go into details again as banging head against wall) and it looks like maybe, even though different licences, they’re applying the SE to RP? To be honest after my failed attempts to get LV to fix my incorrect SE I kinda knew this was on the cards so I stopped playing there.
