Oh right! Well I did say to them I don’t believe that house of Fraser would accept it, but they insisted that they would! I received an email today from the casino saying that it wouldn’t be possible and they will now send it to my bank account directly so I won’t have to request from my CC account now! Which makes my life a little easier! Thank you for the info though! Very helpful!

Hello! Thank you for your fast response! Good to know it’s possible, I just don’t understand how I will get it from my credit card, I read somewhere that I will have to request a refund? I was just unsure of how to do this, and was just looking to see if anyone has done this before? Once again thanks for the fast reply!

Hi all! I made a deposit using my house of Fraser master card on a slot site, (main reason being I wanted the points to get my voucher) lol and I won some money, after depositing £35 i won £1000 I went to withdraw and was told I had to use the card I’d deposited on which was my MasterCard. Basically can I withdraw using a MasterCard I contacted the site and they said it’s fine, but I don’t get how that would work (I don’t have any money pending on my credit card, my balance is at £0 as I don’t owe anything) Could someone tell me how this would work?
