      First of all, WELCOME BACK MY GURU!!! As for Neteller, I guess it's basically the same everywhere...the higher your VIP level, the better they treat you! When I was still on bronze, I certainly didn't get any special treatment. On silver, my then-to-be manager kept reminding me that I haven't far to go to get to gold, so he kept urging me! Hahaha. Well, luckily my stars were shining ever so brightly during those times, and I made to gold very quickly! But now, my stars are nowhere to be seen...I'm on a snake now, as in snakes and ladders, and there's only 1 way to go...down!

If you go back to your profile, click on the 'Notifications', and undo all the ticks that you don't want. You may want to be notified only via emails and not instantly, or the other way around, or not at all. Pick your choices. Or, you can just click 'mark all as read' and no more red exclamation mark, until new ones come in that is.

      Not using Windows 10 and yet they are asking you to subscribe? Maybe you are still using Windows XP or Windows 7...Microsoft has already stopped support for these 2 versions, so maybe that's why you're getting those pop-ups. Sharon darling...if I were you, I wouldn't pay for that ridiculous subscription! If your current version suddenly stopped working, you can always download a freeware program that works similarly to Microsoft Office. I can't remember its name, but you can search for it at Major Geeks, a reliable independent website for thousands of freeware!

      For Windows 10, Microsoft Office program is no longer included in the package. Users need to subscribe for it and pay either monthly or yearly fees. For users like me, including most of you, we'll just have to settle for the version that's FREE!
