      Honestly speaking, Stockbet, my recent account closures due to unacceptable documents were all casinos with UKGC licenses! Apparently, UKGC has stricter requirements than the others, I don't know for sure, but if other casinos had already accepted my documents, I cannot see why UKGC, or any casino, cannot accept them, hence I closed those accounts. No big deal for me. In your case, you have winnings to withdraw, that makes a big difference, otherwise I would just say close your account too. It is also better to get any new casino account verified first before making any deposit, to avoid such future inconveniences.

      This is the sort of absurdity that I had faced many years ago at 7Reels and Winward Casinos. 'No withdrawals would be allowed unless 3 separate deposits have been made previously' !!! This was the stupid blardy rule that I got caught up with at both the 2 related casinos...and in the end, I closed these 2 accounts, including all my accounts at their other casinos as well (5 more casinos, if I'm not mistaken).

      Well, I have come across a lot of such instances whereby the casino would ask for additional documentation for verification purposes. Yes, some casinos are more stringent than others, but this is directly related to the Gambling Commission/Authorities that their licenses are attached to. I've had a few casinos that couldn't approve my docs for verification purposes, simply because the docs couldn't meet the specific requirements set out by the Gambling Authorities. So I had to request for permanent closure of those newly registered accounts. No regrets in doing that, and the casinos willingly closed them for me. Depositing and withdrawing via Credit Cards may be very stringent, for obvious reasons. E-wallets may not need such documents. I hardly ever need to submit them, except for the occasional screenshot of my Neteller account, when required to do so. As for that 7-days rule, well, that is the standard casino rule and we just have to abide by them. If your docs cannot be verified, then your account cannot become active, and account closure then becomes necessary. No point in leaving it dormant like that if it cannot be used at all. Since you have winnings to withdraw, you just have to comply mate. Good luck!

      Well, the jackpot works exactly the same way as with the game Cosmic Fortune...meaning, the jackpot prizes are not pooled as in Mega Moolah or Marvel Jackpot prizes. They are more like stand-alones...or within the same casino group. I too was playing Cosmic Fortune at Casumo some years back, the Jackpot was at over 320,000 EUR when some else won it. The next jackpot win was around 200,00 or 400,000, I can't remember which came first. All I could get was twice of Rapid Jackpot (100 EUR) and once of Minor Jackpot (500 EUR) but that was good enough for me. Yep, my luck was on the rise at that time, but not at its peak. How I wish it was!!!

      Have I always been like this? Well, when I was a young man, I had almost-shoulder-length hair. They even called me 'cowboy'. Something like in my avatar there. When I started working, I had to be like a gentleman, or faced disciplinary actions. At times it was a bit longer, at times it was a bit shorter, my hair I mean, not something else. Nowadays, I like to keep it short and neat, but at times, I would leave it to get thicker, simply lazy to go to the barber! In my early days of gambling, I was a scavenger, like a 'cowboy'. Whatever was free, I would grab them! Wagering did not exist in my head, I just wanna have fun playing with free money. Not enough fun, I would duplicate accounts to get more freebies! Oh gees! I got banned, I got locked out, I got labelled too. Then I grew up a little bit, became more civilised, and stuck to the rules, but wagerings still did not bother me then, because they were mostly 20x to 25x deposit+bonus at that time, which weren't that bad. They started bothering me when it gradually went up to 30x d+b and more, because the wins became harder to get. It hurt my wallet real bad, but I still played them! From 2014 to 2015, wagering requirements did not concern me much, because I was riding the up-wave of my life! I would deposit and play even with 40x d+b wagerings, but I avoided Casino Plex because of its 50x d+b wagering requirement, which was way too high, even at today's standards. When on my down-wave in 2016 till now, everything had to be changed! Everything had to be very tightly budgeted and controlled. But where freebies are concerned, I wouldn't want to miss them, regardless of their wagering requirements, becoming like a scavenger all over again, but a much wiser scavenger! Ask me one simple question...and I give you a lifetime long story!

      I think almost everyone is like you Sharon darling. Normally, I would accept 30 to 35 wagering on the bonus amount, but if it's my favourite casino, I would close one eye and accept the 45 wagering. More than this, sorry, no way, it can go fly away. 200x wagering? Only fit to be where it's freezing! Deposit + bonus wagering? Hmm...most of the time I wave them bye-bye, no thank you, unless it's only 20x d+b or less.

      Just be careful Bee2121...I used to love Immortal Romance too, but now it's a hate-hate-love-hate kinda thing. Once you get those Wild Desire features that pays NOTHING 3 times in a row, plus less than 1x total bet amount for the next 2 Wild Desire features, like it did for me, then you may rethink to love or hate that game! Nowadays, I only play it with fun money...so it can eat as much as it wishes! But...your luck may be better than mine...so good luck anyway.

      Whaaaat? A repair fee for 153.40 EUR??? That is absolutely preposterous!!! Repair a Skrill account...is never heard of...much less charging a humongous fee for it too!

      Well, the games do look nice...but nothing outstanding to me. There are lots more games that have much better graphics. And I don't like the look and the size of the icons...they are too small, not vibrant enough and doesn't stand out much. Ah well, it's only a fun game, so nothing really matters.
