      That is obviously a 'Bonus Lock' system they are using. I simply hate this system, because the bonus money isn't credited into the account until all the wagering have been completed using the deposit money. Then only the bonus money is released and can be played or withdrawn straight away. Usually, bonus money is directly added with the deposit money for instant playing, but never with Bonus Lock system. A few casinos are using this system. One of them is The Grand Ivy Casino. Can't remember the others, but I've played there before, but never again. Not my kind of bonus system.

      Each one of the opened chrome refers to an opened chrome extension but isn't active (0%) at that moment in time. That is normal, depending on how many extensions you have installed. Ending the tasks of each unused extension would not prevent it from crashing again. I think it is best to try Driver Booster first, to detect which drivers are outdated. Checking with Windows program would only show that all drivers are up-to-date! My last crashes were due to outdated drivers, about 7 or 8 of them, including Adobe Flash Player which was supposed to be up-to-date!

      I think you may be facing similar login problems that many members had faced several months ago, but only now you are facing. It's strange though, why this delayed action. Have you tried clearing all your Temporary Internet Files and caches? Clear them all, then try logging in again. Sometimes this may work. If not, then you may have to update either your Adobe Flash Player or your Java Environment, or both. This 2 programs may also cause incompatibility issues. Good luck!
