  1. One thing that I have thoroughly learned thru all these years is to 'read and see' behind whatever the terms and rules say. It's not an easy thing to learn, wisdom comes only after many (bad) experiences, and to remember that casinos are FOREVER TRYING TO MISLEAD AND MISINFORM PLAYERS by using vague words and phrases.
  2. You should have mentioned it's a crypto casino, no Skrill or Neteller, and I wouldn't have wasted my time checking them out!
  3. The reason for doing that is simple bro - I want to try and get that bonus block removed by making a few deposits without taking any bonuses. Bonus abuse also refers to depositing and taking bonuses 5 or more times in a row. I've been thru this before at other casinos and got the bonuses restored. If it doesn't work at Winscore, account closure would ensue. Why I need to keep playing at Winscore? Simply because other casinos do not offer weekly 200%-300% bonuses which I need for contests at AG. If I can find a new casino that offers these, then I would immediately close my account at Winscore - right now I'm still keeping it alive and trying to get that bonus block removed. Winzon group of casinos used to offer regular 200%-400% bonuses, but are rare these days. Worst still, they have removed Gamomat, Pragmatic Play, and many other providers, so there's nothing left for me to play at Winzon casinos.
  4. Would I have made the same mistake? NO!!! Like I have said earlier on bro, I had gone through the same thing at a few casinos, thinking it was 40x bonus WR as shown at AG, but after checking at the casino's website, I found it to be 40x deposit and bonus amount, so I didn't register there, unless I really wanted that bonus amount. I always check all Bonus Terms AND T&Cs before signing up or taking up any deposit bonuses.
  5. Yes, it happened again at Winscore! I wrote an email to them earlier on before this, attached 2 screenshots showing the max bet changes from 0.10e to 100e bets, and several days later, they replied saying that they had checked the mentioned games and found no errors in them, so they accused me of abusing bonus! Some years ago, I had used AGCCS to get back my lost max bet money (50e I think) from a casino but it was unsuccessful. Hence I don't think such a case would ever be successful without a live video recording to prove that I did not click on the max bet button just before it happened. The casino always said that I had accidentally clicked on the max bet button! No video to show as proof, so no refund possible, with or without AGCCS. This wasn't the only time I had experienced such max bet errors. Had similar incidences at a few other casinos over the years and they had happened ONLY ON MY FAVOURITE GAMOMAT GAMES! No such errors on any other provider games but maybe because I hardly ever play on other provider games, unlike on Gamomat games at EU casinos, or Playtech games at Asian casinos.
  6. Did you deposit at AG? No you didn't! So why should AG give you money when you paid it somewhere else? Come on bro, be reasonable! Only the casino can give you back your deposit, but good luck to you in trying to get them to refund you, hahaha.
  7. A casino can use any reasonable WR on their bonuses, just as one shop can sell an item at a much higher price. If you don't like it, don't buy it, simple as that.
  8. Nope, I'm not a video freak nor a screenshot maniac either. Some people take videos whilst they are slotting...not me, never me. A screenshot cannot prove or show the sudden change in the bet size, but a video certainly would.
  9. Would you believe it...YES!!! Not on Great Warrior but on La Dolce Vita game. Luckily I was playing on manual spins, then it suddenly went to max bet and I lost 100e in a blink of an eye yet again!!! Winscore replied they had checked and found no errors in the games...so that makes you think how the heck then can that max bet error happen several times already to me???!!!
  10. You play games for the nice wins or for the nice graphics???!!! I couldn't be bothered if the graphics are not nice or are more than 10 years old...it's always the nice big wins that matters the most.
  11. The terms say, quote: 6. Funds are subject to a 40x Wagering Requirement and can be used on qualifying slot games. Funds in this case means deposit+bonus money. No bonus taken would not incur any wagering requirement (except for the deposit turnover requirement).
  12. I have come across a few of such errors in AG before, whereby the wagering was indicated as for bonus only, when it actually was d+b. I always double check with the casino's own Bonus Terms to make sure. Previously, I could report such errors by using the 'Suggest An Edit' button but this button has now vanished into thin air, so I don't bother reporting it. Submit a complaint to AGCCS? What for? It's not that the casino has denied money from you - it's more of misinformation, which you did not check first before taking up the bonus.
  13. @jan duchau I think you failed to understand and comprehend that the AGCCS Team need to have all the relevant info at hand...asking them to click your link to read all your posts one by one is merely wasting their precious time, so they won't do it. The onus is always on the submitting complainant to provide all the necessary and important into/documents/screenshots/transcripts/etc for their perusal and scrutinisation. You always go a mile in your forum posts, yet you take a shortcut in submitting your complaint???!!!
  14. Received mine too, so thank you @cocopop3011, @Jelena_PragmaticPlay, AG and PP as well.
  15. I don't do bonus buys, I hate bonus buys, so I completely cannot go along with the idea of such a competition. Let the casinos do them instead, cos they have the manpower and the facilities required to run such a complicated tournament. Better for AG to stick to the current standard contests format - simpler to manage, less new problems cropping up, and less headaches for those involved in running the contests. Even Pragmatic's Social Tournaments website have not come up with any Bonus Buy tourney as yet, as far as I know, much less to expect Askgamblers to start one. Sorry @Icy, I personally think it's a bad idea, and would only attract players with lots of money to play them.
  16. Less than 12 hours left to the end of this contest, so here's the latest standings: Unofficial Leaderboard 1st @Afi4wins - 4520.41x 2nd @jan duchau - 2669.15x 3rd @Fiekie247 - 1534.95x 4th @Icy - 1037.8x 5th @ales200 - 784.5x 6th @Davespring - 778.6x 7th @Blackjax - 371.75x ______________________________ 8th @Flatzem - 214.85x
  17. To be absolutely honest bro, none of us can ever make any casino do what we want them to do, either singularly, in forums, or even in a large mass. Casinos are not moved by what we demand, only Licensing Authorities can have their say, but none would say or do anything...simply too trivial and not licensing related.
  18. @jan duchau This ridiculous bonus offer may be new-ish to you, but it was actually started by some casinos many years ago. Some have abandoned them, some still maintain them (I think), and some newer casinos have chosen to offer them. Many members have stated they disliked this kind of bonus, a few liked them (strangely enough), and I personally hate them and would NEVER take them up!
  19. Day 8 (24th April) Heavenly Ruler - 366.23x (final screenshot) (Total: 4520.41x)
  20. This split free spins matter have been talked and discussed on in this forum several times before...and nobody liked their free spins in small batches...we all prefer them in one go, in one batch...it's more fun and more worthwhile. Naaaah, casinos don't even care about what we think or what we want...they always do what is best for them. However, a few casinos do indeed offer their free spins in one batch but they are the rare kind. Do we need a poll to see if members would like their free spins in one batch? Not necessary I would say...we all want them that way...but casinos always say "no way!"
  21. Yeah, the new management team at WinScore still has got a lot to learn for improvement!
  22. @Themicktorious What an odd set of prizes for a tournament...any tournament! The top 2 scorers win a participating ticket to the Final Tournament (I presume) plus weekly free spins, whilst the other winners get cash prizes instead. I would definitely want the cash money of course, hahaha. The Final Tournament awards 9 cash prizes to the winners...the question is, who gets to participate in the Final Tournament besides the above 2 Ticket winners? Maybe the Final Tournament involves a participating fee or deposit to enter? Nonetheless, nothing beats the contests here at Askgamblers!!!
