@cocopop3011 What @jan duchau is asking is, if a screenshot has already been previously uploaded to the game section, but no game review has been done as yet, can he then submit a game review without the need for including a new screenshot? Personally, I too have got many uploaded game screenshots but without any written game reviews for them.

An honest casino would close that account but would also refund his deposits. Why? Simply because the casino has illegally accepted his deposits when they do know that he was/is a restricted customer. Unreliable casinos, on the other hand, wouldn't give a hoot to the matter and would just confiscate everything and close the account.

If it's a social tournament, like Pragmatic Play Social Tournament for example, the chance of winning any of the top prizes is heavily BIASED...meaning, certain preferential players (those chosen to play PP's tourneys) will always grab the top prizes, all others can only win the smaller prizes. I've already explained and elaborated about this some time ago, so no need for me to repeat it. It's up to anyone to believe it or not. In certain provider or casino tournaments, there may also be some BIAS in play, but to a lesser extent. Don't forget that many casinos and providers have streamers working for them and under them! In short, the chances of winning other small-prize tournaments are about equal...the players with better luck and better knowledge of the game would always win more frequently.

@Flapjak4 Hello and welcome to the forum. Have you informed the casino in writing about how you registered with one email address but deposited using another? Do you actually have 2 email addresses registered in your Interac account? Looks like the casino wants to see the profile page of your Interac account (to ascertain your personal details) PLUS the deposit to the casino transaction page from your account. If you have both emails active in Interac, make the 2nd one as your primary email because that was the email you had used for your deposit, then take a screenshot with both emails visible in your account and send it to the casino support or kyc team.
