@Jouz666 A chat confirmation is usually only used to confirm a winning amount and the other details. The casino name is usually required to be seen in either the winning screenshot or in the game log/bet history. Don't know if @cocopop3011 can accept or not seeing the casino's name via a live chat screenshot.

The winning screenshot shows a win of 131.84 EUR at 0.40 EUR bet, won at 21:51 hrs (9:51 pm) and your credit balance at 529.11 EUR! The game history and game log show a win of 132.18 EUR at 0.30 EUR bet at 9:27 pm (24 minutes earlier), and your credit balance at 307.48 EUR! Care to explain and elaborate on these discrepancies mate?
