  1. I first requested the withdraw a week ago. I received an email Friday saying the could not withdraw back to my card “process failed” which from reading reviews they seem to do this everytime someone try’s to make a withdraw above £100, clear stalling tactic. They asked for my bank details to process a bank transfer so I reluctantly replied with this Information. I went into live chat earlier finally got through and the agent seemed to have no idea about my withdraw. He then said there could be another 7-10 business day process and then this could be delayed even further, I asked why that would be and if he could look into my withdraw more specifically and of course the chat was closed and I was logged out of my account. when I log into my account the withdraw still appears like it never existed. The funds are not in my balance, or pending withdraws or completed withdraws. All in all seems really suspicious and reading reviews of this company really highlights how bad they are. Surprising as they are fully licensed by the gambling commission but in over twenty years of using gambling sites they are by far the worst
  2. Hi I will try to condense this as much as I can…. I created an account with 247 bet around a week or two ago. I submitted my passport and a council tax bill and my account became fully verified. I made two deposits for £150 and £200. I managed to win a sports bet and the payout was just over £1000, I then chose to withdraw this. Funds stayed in the pending section for around 12 hours and then eventually when I checked back the funds were not in pending or complete and also were not in my balance. I had received no email or communication from 247 bet in regards to this withdraw. I emailed them myself to ask for an update but there was no reply to this email. I finally managed to get through on the live chat. It’s very difficulty to speak to anyone there as it seems when you ask questions they don’t want to answer the chat window closes and you are logged out of your account. I did manage to speak briefly to one advisor and he didn’t really seem to be familiar with my account. He said my withdraw was being reprocessed and I asked why it wasn’t being processed already and he didn’t seem to have any answer, I asked for a time frame and I also asked where the funds were currently as when you click on my account now it reads like the withdraw never existed as it’s neither in pending withdrawals or processed and again not in my balance. All in all seems very suspicious and having now read reviews of 247 I feel I made a mistake signing up. I then managed to get through on Saturday morning, but still no sign of my withdraw being processed. I Was told by the advisor that I needed to reply to an email that I may or may not have been sent yet (his words) . Told him that I had received this email and I replied to it more than a day ago with my banking info as requested as apparently they could not process my withdraw back to my card (“process failed”) so needed to be a bank transfer (something they seem to tell everyone having read reviews online). I was against sending my banking info to them as I really feel I should not being doing this as I feel confident in saying as a gambling company they cannot request any information upon a withdraw but they are telling me that they are unable to send my withdraw back to the payment card I used which I know is not true but I am keen to get these funds processed so went ahead with this. it’s very strange that nobody seems to know what is even going on within the company with regards to a withdraw I requested around a week ago. It also does not show up still in pending, complete in the withdraw sections or also not in my balance so it has still disappeared it seems. I asked for Timeframes on the withdraw now and was told card withdraws 24-48 hours, bank transfers 7-10 business days which id say is ridiculous, he then said “however there maybe delays which can result in prolonged times”. I cannot believe this company can get away with such stalling tactics and for me all seems like lies clearly. I then asked for a more specific timeframe in relation to the stage my withdraw is at and the chat was of course closed and I was logged out of my account.
  3. Hi i Created an account and submitted my passport and council tax bill which was accepted, my account shows fully verified. Deposited £350 in two separate transactions. Won just over £1000 which I chose to withdraw. This stayed in pending for around 12 hours, I checked back for an update and now the funds are no where to be seen. Not in pending and not in complete. Sent an email no reply finally got through on live chat to an unhelpful agent just generally looking to stall my withdraw and had no real answers for me. Said I “might” receive an email from a different department, I asked him where the funds are now and he said still waiting to be reprocessed I asked why this wasn’t processed the first time if my account is verified and he said they “might” need a bank statement. Having googled reviews I can now see I made a mistake getting involved with this company but can anyone help with this ? As stated my account is verified fully thank you
