When the songs 'The first time ever I saw your face' and 'Killing me softly with his words' came out many years ago, I simply fell in love with them, and Roberta Flack became one of my top favourite singers in those days. News of her death came as a shock to me - she passed away on 24th February 2025 from cardiac arrest enroute to a hospital in Manhattan. She was 88. May God bless her soul and may she Rest In Peace forever. It saddens me very much that I had to watch her videos all over again, walking down memory lane, with her 2 songs and lyrics still strong in my mind till today!. I just had to post this video of Roberta Flack singing 'Killing me softly', plus a 2nd video with the song's lyrics, for fans of Roberta, like I was/am. Whenever I sing 'Killing me softly' to myself, my tears would flow!

@Juheli00 Like I have said earlier on to you (see my replies above), it is a hidden rule under the max win cap bonus term. Any winnings more than the capped amount cannot be withdrawn and would be removed when a withdrawal claim is made. Most casinos do not indicate nor state this in their Bonus Terms or T&Cs simply because it is advantageous to them - it is one way of catching ignorant gamblers to confiscate their extra winnings. Is it unfair? Not to casinos. Is it illegal? No it's not, it is a hidden restriction under the max win capping rule. Is there any way you can fight this to get back your removed winnings? Very unlikely there is any legal way to go about it. Check with a lawyer!

However, if you can also include the screenshot of the final free spin that shows the total winning amount in the RED BOX above the reels. Look at the other submitted screenshots to understand better. Thirdly, kindly also indicate your winning multiplier (total win 1192/ 2.00 bet = 596x) for easy reference.
