      Hi Samba, I'm not a regular at this casino but since I deposited there a while back now they do send me free spins via email now and again. The only problem I find is the free spins I am always given are only for like 3 pay-lines and usually on a not so popular slot so end up winning next to nothing.       Even though Valdes is of course right, ideally you should have read the terms and conditions, but I cant say much because I am guilty of not reading them myself! But I will agree that 5% is very low, so the maximum bet you could place as $1.25, that is quite low. But unfortunately this isn't really a reason for players to not plat at 10bet casino. Sorry that they withheld your winnings, but hopefully you will be able to learn from this mistake
