      It was hard work trying to explain to them what exactly the issue was because live help just did not understand what I meant. It was like banging my head against a brick wall. Opening the complaint through AG meant they acted like a mediator and the casino were quick enough then to accept they wrong doings...which I really appreciated. The complaint wasn't drawn out over a long period ... So maybe this is what you need to do Hun. Check the terms of the free spins offer, check it doesn't say this is a requirement of the free spins, if it doesn't...point this out to live help one more time. If they don't accept it...open a complaint here. If you need any help...just let me know. You should not be made to make another deposit if they have failed to rectify their terms!       So they obviously didn't change their terms then to incorporate this!! I argued with them black and blue because this is one place I did read the terms before depositing and it didn't state anywhere that this is required. Live help would have none of and I knew I was right. If this is a condition of the free spins then it needs to legally be put in the terms and conditions of the free spins offer. Once I opened the complaint through AG, they accepted this was an error on their behalf and it did indeed need to be added to the terms. They credited my with the £1 so I could enter the game for the free spins and I had an email saying they were in the process of adding this to the terms for future players!

      Aww thanks for asking girlies. Me and baby are doing really well actually. I'm 25 weeks on Wednesday which means just 15 weeks to go! I have 9 weeks left in work before I take maternity leave. As I work from home anyway I could work right up to when I have baby but what I've decided to do is take some time off before to rest but I will go back a lot sooner than a year which is what we are allowed here in the uk for maternity leave. I will of course keep doing my work here at AG all the way through and my mystery shopping work will continue too. So yeah I'm looking forward to having some time off. I'm all prepared!! Literally have EVERYTHING and more. :D the only thing left now is for baby to come

      Kate make sure you have a balance of over £1 for the free spins otherwise you will not be able to play the free spins. This is what my complaint was with them. Because you need a balance to play all the games. I run mine down to zero then when I went to play the free spins on twin spin I couldn't. I had to open a complaint. Valdes sorted it out for me. I think it was valleys account actually I honestly don't remember, maybe Valdes will. Since the complaint they have told me they would change their terms and conditions to incorporate this....let's see if they have

      Okay...number 3 I am not sure about...you are the queen of finding codes although you have never mentioned being paid for finding them (I'm assuming this is what you mean) Number 2 and 1 are hard for me because I'm not geographical at all so either of these two places could be anywhere on the map and I'd never know the difference. Based on that I will go for number 3

      Yes, obviously that's what is to be done, but I have to agree with Kate its pathetic to want such a useless photo. Just prolonging the verification process when there really is NO NEED at all!!

      Wow!...if this women had just deposited using her own card and had her own neteller account as opposed to her nephews it would have been much easier But I understanding it must be frustrating when you have so much to cash out and then it's refused.       They are an absolute nightmare. I had a problem with them, can't remember whether it was my account or valleys but I had to open a complaint here. The issue was kind of resolved but they are an absolute nightmare. They want the back of your passport lol? What heavens for!!
