      I'm guessing they can too but in all honesty I don't know because I've never used anyone elses card to deposit or withdraw. I'm actually surprised that casinos even allow people to do this, I don't think it should be allowed. It would just be easier for you to use an e-wallet or voucher, do you not have access to either of these? What are the reasons the casino have given you for suspending the account? The self exclusion?

      Sorry I never replied yesterday when I first read your post I was waiting for some other replies to come in before I jumped in. If I'm being completely honest and not trying to be rude at all I don't see the 'lag' you are talking about in your video. I'm a huge fan of NetEnt and I don't find their games boring at all, neither predictable. If you had asked me if I find Microgaming boring then I would certainly have answered yes, well at least to their newest games anyway, not my old favourites of course. Have you tried playing games other than NetEnt? NetEnt maybe just isn't for you, maybe a different gaming company would be more to your liking?

      Are Virtual Reality online casinos the next trendy thing in gambling? What do you think guys? Has anyone here tried out the Oculus Rift? When I sit and think about the whole virtual reality casino I find it hard to imagine it would be something I like. However I'd love to give it a go, I'd never go to the expense of buying the technology myself but I hope one day in the future I at least get to try it!

      You have to verify all the cards? I had this problem once at Guts Casino they wanted me to verify a card that I no longer had - it had expired! I had to go into the bank and ask them to print and stamp a letter showing that I no longer had this card! Ridiculous! In regards to listing the sites that offer a Virtual Visa I suggest you google it because I'm guessing I can google this but it will mainly give me ones that I can use in the UK.       As Afi posted that 100 max withdrawal will stand even if you were to make a deposit and keep playing. The max withdrawal will only go away once your balance reaches zero and you deposit and start playing again with a free bonus. But as Afi also advised you I'd be very careful making a deposit here knowing you have a multiple account. If it was me I'd tell support I opened a duplicate account by mistake and hope they cancel one for you. I certainly wouldn't be depositing until I at least know the other account has been cancelled and they can't throw it at you at a later date.

      I agree with all every one on your list but this one I've highlighted in particular annoys me the most. It's rude and unprofessional. It's terrible customer service. If a casino needs their agents to deal with numerous players at the same time its obvious they are understaffed!

      Hello wdocta and welcome to the forum. I'm afraid I'm about to be the bearer of bad news! Since you are playing with a no deposit bonus you are bound to a maximum cashout. In this case the maximum cash out is $100. This means once you have met the wagering requirements you'll only be able to withdraw a maximum of $100 regardless of what your balance is. You'll need to make a deposit like you mentioned in order to verify yourself. I've checked the terms it doesn't specify the exact amount but I imagine it to be around $25. You can check this with live chat though. Also only players from the following countries can withdraw from a no deposit bonus: Then when it comes to your multiple accounts you may also have a problem with this. Did you claim and play the no deposit bonus on your other account?

      Hello Samantha and welcome to the forum! I'm afraid I don't play at casinos that usually accept players from the USA so it's hard for me to comment on this one. However I'm sure you'll get some replies. In regards to Planet 7 Casino it does not have a very good reputation here at AskGamblers in fact we have a warning on this casino regarding slower payouts. Maybe it would be a good idea to try and find somewhere different for now. What other casinos have you tried so far?
