      I used to love this game!! I went through a few month where I played this game a lot, and it gave me some good wins too. This was more in my earlier days of gambling unfortunately its now one of those games that have gone under the radar. In answer to your question, I don't know I can't remember if I've ever had 5 scripts, I doubt it, if I had I would imagine I'd remember such a win. And nope I've never had 4 or 5 wilds either, even if I did I wouldn't have won the jackpot since I never placed max bets on this game. More often or not the default is 0.05 coin which is what I always played it at.

      Ian I'm afraid I don't play live games so I haven't had a similiar experience however, you're certainly not the first person to raise a problem like this where bets haven't been confirmed. I'm afraid I can't offer any personal experience but I'm interested to hear what the casino say, maybe you can let us know when you receive a reply? Hopefully some of our other members will be able to offer some advice too.

      Hmmm, to be honest I'm not quite sure what you can say to that. If the money for the spin was returned to your account then you're not at a loss. If you are looking for some compo then I guess you should just ask the casino.

      In future whenever you have a conversation with live chat get a copy of the transcript sent to your email. I always do this and keep for future reference.

      First of all you requested the game logs and they wouldn't send them to you? And what was the reason they gave for not sending you the logs? Blackjack is a topic that crops up in the forum now and again with players having very similar stories to yourself. I'm not a player of Blackjack so it's really hard for me to comment on this one. The casino you were playing at, I assume it's a reputable one?
