  2. I'm actually a huge fan of VideoSlots Casino myself. More often or not people who slate reputable casinos such as VideoSlots are just bad losers and they don't like the fact they've lost. I'm not saying no one will ever have a problem with the casino, it's natural some mistakes will be made, but more often or not this is the case.

  4. This is just another example of their terrible customer service. Queen when I was having problems I just used to phone them, not that their phone support is any better but they may be able to tell you what's going on. Have you tried phoning them?
  5. They've blocked it because you won because this is when they carry out verification checks, so when you requested a withdrawal they check for multiple accounts. Has someone else signed up from your laptop in their name? If this is the case what you should have done is check with the casino first that they allow this;
  6. Hi everyone So I've come to a point now where I'm starting to get a little bored with the games I'm playing. It's mainly NetEnt and since I don't like any of NetEnt's new games I'm literally sticking to the golden oldies but I need a change. I'd like some suggestions please since I just don't have the time at the moment to browse. I have some exceptions though. Please no suggestions for - NetEnt or Microgaming. I also don't have any Playtech Casinos to play in so no Playtech games please. I'd like to spread my wings now and try some new providers. Again I have two exceptions which are Play n Go and WMS, I've never been a fan of either of these two providers so I doubt very much I'll be trying any of their games. And of course no Rival, Top Game or RTG. Hope I haven't made it too hard for you Suggestions gratefully received.....

Have you submitted a complaint yet? I'm afraid this particular casino does not have the best reputation and we already have a warning regarding slow payments here. However out of 171 complaints submitted against the casino 159 have been resolved so you may get the outcome your looking for.

I actually tolerate quite a lot but I won't tolerate any more abuse against casinos where you simply haven't won at. Let me ask you this - would VideoSlots still be "nightmare" if you had won? No! If you actually took the time to read our other topics here you will know VideoSlots Casino offer regular rewards to loyal players. And I find it strange that you refer to this game as your favourite when only a few posts ago you were convinced that the game is fixed. If you want to continue going from casino to casino playing this one game then you're going to lose. Fact. If you can't listen to what loads of people have already told you in this thread then I really don't know what else to say.
  10. Yep, I completely agree here, the name has no impact on me whatsoever! A "good" name doesn't make me more or less interested in a casino than a "bad" name. It's the moment I enter that casino is what makes the difference.

  13. I've just read your complaint and their response and I have to admit me personal opinion is that they have not answered you correctly, nor is the situation resolved as they commented. However, they have confirmed that the request for your bank statements is an additional verification procedure which they require, I assume this is because the withdrawal is for a large amount. From your response I understand that you asked can you sent the statements with other transactions blanked out, this is exactly what I would have asked too. But since they have said this isn't acceptable they need the full statements in order to proceed with the withdrawal. If this was me I think I would just be inclined to send them what they need. You can certainly rest assured that your personal and financial details are safe with this brand, and if it means you get your 60K, surely it's worth it?

  17. But there comes a point where you just have to admit defeat! Even if a game pays you thousands at some point, who is to say this will ever happen again. If after you've put as much money back into the game as Nicole has and haven't had the wins back it's just time to call it a day and move on to a different game. I realise we aren't all the same and we all think differently but I would have given up a long time ago, regardless of how much I had won in the past.

  19. I agree Zeus, I think if the deposit is $10 then it's not so much of a big risk, a $50 deposit is just too much!
