      It's great to hear that your accounts have been locked but I believe you have hit the nail on the head when you say... Even if I won at a casino and the withdrawal process or even the playing process was a complete nightmare I wouldn't return there. I'd take my winnings and say thank you very much. If it was me I would definitely withdraw the rest of my funds and move on, bearing in mind you'll probably need to wait again for this withdrawal. But of course the choice is entirely yours.       I'm literally pulling my hair out at the moment, every casino is jumping on the Euro 2016 bandwagon and I hate football so much, but I'm admitting defeat!       I've never played in a land-based casino so I'm afraid I can't give you my comparisons! But I imagine that I would never like land-based casinos as much as online casino mainly due to the lack of privacy in a land based casino. This would be the biggest issue for me. I'd love to have the experience of a land-based casino one day and I will but it will never be a 'hobby' of mine that's for sure.

      Wow!! Nothing surprises me any more with this casino I have to admit. We're just hearing story after story and it's such a shame.       Hello croy1980. Sorry to hear your having some withdrawal issues at this casino. I've just checked their complaint history and it does indeed seem there have been problems mainly relating to payment issues. As it is your first withdrawal I would expect it to take a bit longer but you certainly should be receiving some communication from them. Have you sent in your documents yet for verification? Also I'm not familiar with the casino myself, do they have live chat or do you have to communicate via email?
