      It is clever however when I read that it's only 1 spin for every £1 it became pointless to me since I only every deposit £10 or £20 a time so I'd benefit from very little spins. Glad you like it though.

      I usually always start a game at the minimum stake so anything from 25p - 50p a spin and depending on my balance I'll usually bet up to £2 but I have to have a big balance for that range. I'm not as brave as I used to be

      Nope! I could never work for any company that employs such tactics. I've worked in customer service for years and during that time I worked for a very well known phone company however the call centre I worked in was dreadful they had no rules, they didn't care about following through for customers it was dreadful and I couldn't stay there. Good customer service is paramount - that's giving and receiving IMO.

      Hi Matthew and welcome to the forum This is actually not unusual for a big withdrawal and you'll find most casinos take extra checks when the withdrawal is over a certain amount. I'm sure it will be fine, keep us posted.
