      In future whenever you have a conversation with live chat get a copy of the transcript sent to your email. I always do this and keep for future reference.

      First of all you requested the game logs and they wouldn't send them to you? And what was the reason they gave for not sending you the logs? Blackjack is a topic that crops up in the forum now and again with players having very similar stories to yourself. I'm not a player of Blackjack so it's really hard for me to comment on this one. The casino you were playing at, I assume it's a reputable one?

      I haven't played at this casino in a long time but I still receive emails from them I'm not sure whether or not they were effected by the new licensing laws.       Of course Valdes is right, but IMO if you have already had a discussion with live chat upon realising you had a second account and they informed you they would close one so you can continue playing then they should indeed have a record of this, Conversations will be recorded and IMO if live chat had already given you permission to continue playing then they shouldn't really be raising this as an issue when it comes to withdrawal. Have you asked them to check their live chat logs for this conversation?
