      Nope! I could never work for any company that employs such tactics. I've worked in customer service for years and during that time I worked for a very well known phone company however the call centre I worked in was dreadful they had no rules, they didn't care about following through for customers it was dreadful and I couldn't stay there. Good customer service is paramount - that's giving and receiving IMO.

      Hi Matthew and welcome to the forum This is actually not unusual for a big withdrawal and you'll find most casinos take extra checks when the withdrawal is over a certain amount. I'm sure it will be fine, keep us posted.

      I do Around the same time as LOTR I was able to find MG slots that i'll always love. I have loads of old MG games that I'll always play, ones that will never get old for me but I'm afraid the new MG games aren't for me at the moment. I sure hope they bring back their originality in the future though. It's funny though because I hate most of MG clones but how ironic is that my some of my favourite games from MG are clones - their 9-liners

      If you self exclude at one casino and then play at a sister casino, chances are you may be able to register and play but in the end you won't get your winnings if you withdraw. We have members here that know a lot more about self-exclusion than myself so I'm hoping you'll get some better answers soon.

      I assume then you played from a free bonus where the max cashout was 100, it wouldn't have mattered if you won £5,000 you'd still only be able to cashout 100. Have you checked the terms? You probably need to make a deposit to verify your account you'll then get your deposit back plus the 100 withdrawal.
