But sometimes if you deposit with Skrill or Neteller you won't be entitled to the welcome bonus but considering you had the bonus I can't see this is what you mean so I'm left a little confused. Can you explain what that word means in English by any chance so we can better understand what you mean.

So, I had a post mailer through the door yesterday. I get so many from UK casinos, at least 3/4 a week now and I can always tell becuase they always come in the same envelopes. Anyway, this one that came yesterday was much thicker and it threw me off thinking it was some other kind of mailer. Opened it up to find a letter off Heart Bingo Casino to say I had left £24.13 in my account!! Not quite sure how that happened but I'm certainly not complaing. Anyone else had such kind mailers? ?

Yeah this is a tough one to answer for non Candians since here in the UK we use a different set of numbers. Our recent Canadian has already been tagged I'm sure he'll come to help shorly. Wait until tomorrow to see if you have a reply before submitting a complaint. It already seems the casino is willing to co-operate. Just thinking though...have you maybe asked your bank what you could use instead of an IBAN? Because here in the UK our IBAN is to identify a bank so just putting in our bank account number on its own would be completely the wrong format, not sure if that is the same in Canada of course. But if I was just to put my bank number it would fail too.

So have you given up on Cinerma after all this time and moved on to this game instead?

Stick to what you like and know! I've been playing for years, I don't get to play very oftern these days but I still do now and again and I still only play minimum bets. I only increase to up to £1 of I've won loads and have a bigger bankroll of say £100+ If I played at £1 a spin with my minimum deposits it just be no point me even doing it. May as well just throw my money away instead.
