Well I guess netiher of you are pretty experiened when it comes to withdrawing then. WTF reads the fine print before they play? Well a sensible person with experience to be honest. Any person who doesn't can expect to run into problems like you have. If you don't want to read the fine print, don't moan about not reading the fine print later on. If you'd just read it in the first place you wouldn't be where you are now. In an ideal world we'd all like to verify when we deposit to make withdrawals quicker but fact is, most casinos will get verification done at withdrawal stage. If you expect every casino to verify you when you deposit - you're in for a lot of disappointment.

We don't have them here and I've never heard of them but seems like that is the standard welcome bonus they offer on their website. However, live chat are extremely rude and will not even tell you who they are licensed by! I really wouldn't bother wasting your time.
