Have you asked the casino why the payments did not asked to be verified by your phone? In regards to the next step, I guess the ony thing you can do right now is wait until tomorrow until you can speak to the fraud team. I know that's not the answer you're looking for but I personally don't find a quick way around this. Who do you bank with?

      I've had to approve a card is no longer active before and got a letter from the bank, I mean I know this is different but I guess banks can write these letters if asked.

      Pretty much going to echo what has alread been said but if you don't like their games them you have made the right decision not to play them again. Qhich game was you playing? Or are you referring to their games as a whole? We have a few BTG players here in the forum in fact.

      Personally, the experience has not been any different other than the fact I'm out of pocket more than I would be at a casino that didn't charge any fees for depositing or withdrawing.

      The two casinos that spring to mind where I have played with fees is BGO Casino and Guts Casino (don't know if they still do now BGO definitely do). In regards to the casino, customer support etc etc absolutely no dfference whatsoever. Maria Casino was another one I think who used to charge.
