Yet another NetEnt fan here. However, seems like Microgaming and Playtech are still way ahead or perhaps we'll see a change in the leading positions anytime soon...

I hope someone is not going to take the above picture as threat. -
Hello and welcome to the AskGamblers forum first. Well, I'll be short with this one. I think the aforementioned casino just gave you the run around, simple as that. Self exclusion is usually a very serious sign that a gambler is experiencing certain difficulties and the casino is supposed to help as much and as soon as possible instead of using such stupid tricks. What you could do now is to wait and show some strong will not to reverse until you get your money. Then you could request either a permanent exclusion or just close your account for an year or so and let the casino management what do you think about their responsible gaming policy.

Awena, you just need to read ALL terms and conditions associated with ANY bonus you ever intend to use. It's way better to be prepared what to expect. On another side, I already told you, just post the name of the casino which is using this stupid tricks. We have hundreds of thousands visits on a weekly basis, so you could imagine how 'positively' their reputation could be influenced. -
Wish I could predict Immortal Romance's moods but I am afraid that's totally impossible since we talk about a RNG controlled video slots here. However, yeah, sometimes it is just stone cold from the beginning and keeps the same killing run till its end - rare bonus rounds paying *****, crappy wild desire features, no big wins during base game. A few months ago I lost $350 playing IR at 0.90 bet per spin in less than one hour! Indeed, Immortal Romance could be a brutal killer sometimes.
-
No problems, it is okay that you posted here. Just wanted to know if the casino tried to convince you posting here before you got paid, cause some operators are using this tactics. That's all.
-
Agree to some extend... Chasing a 5-reel Wild Desire, even at min bet, could be a devastating decision for the gambling budget. But Immortal Romance is still so damn popular among most video slots players. Simply because there aren't too many other games where one could win over 12000 x bet.
-
Of course the games are totally random and of course the casino software will 'know' the outcome of any bonus feature won just a nano second afterwards. This is how most casino software works actually, the program is totally in aware how much the bonus round is about to return in winnings and all that's left to be done during the bonus round is the according wins to be graphically displayed.
-
Actually, I don't even care looking at these big wins advertised by casinos. It would be either a total deception or some crucial facts such as bet size is gonna be missing (intentionally of course). I have always thought that casino should stop advertising big wins and start doing it with big withdrawals. Then everything would be crystal clear.
-
I guess the next one to try should be the glorious Dead Or Alive /DOA/ slot. With a balance of 79, you could even try it with a bet of 0.36 per spin in an attempt for one of those gigantic wins.

Hello Rodrigo and welcome to the AskGamblers forum. To be honest, I have no idea what is the reason to mention a particular casino name in a thread, which is dedicated to favorite casino software. However, if you are planning to convince the fellow members here how good is the aforementioned brand, I guess that would be a huge mistake of yours as Slotobank is definitely not enjoying a serious 'love'on behalf most online gamblers I know. Still curious to know the name of your favorite casino software though. This is what we are talking about here after all.

Wait a second... So, you were not only supposed to wager the winnings from the free spins, but also 60 times the amount of the confirmation deposit?! If that's the case then it sucks big time and you should not spare the name of the casino, using this stupid tricks. -

'Was', my dear, 'was'. -
I think I had a screenshot almost the same as yours somewhere back at this thread. Don't know about the Wild Desire feature, but from my personal experience so far it appeared that 0.90 bet is the worst possible choice for a bet to play on Immortal Romance so far. I guess I've lost 3 times more playing at this cursed bet level than betting 3 bucks per spin... Is this only me or anyone else is experiencing the same?
-
It's good to hear your issue with the aforementioned casino is now over and also successfully resolved on top of all. One question though, hope you don't mind. Did the casino make you write this message at our forum or it was your own decision?
-
It's good that your worst mistake turned into something positive eventually. However, I believe this so called mistake was not done in purpose, so I guess it makes it some sort of a gaffe perhaps...And speaking of gaffes, I bet most of the people here were having at least a dozen or more of these, simply because most gaming providers set their games to open by default with a high denomination and total bet. I have no memories how many times I have started spinning using these high bets instead of what I thought and intended the bets to be, but it must be at least a dozen times. Losing a lot in no time usually until I figure out why my balance is decreasing so rapidly, but also has a hit or two worth mentioning. Especially when I hit a 3-reel Wild Desire feature at Immortal Romance from the very first spin with the default 3 bucks bet, resulted in a nifty 150+ x bet win.
