While I could understand your frustration after a long and dry run at a casino, I cannot understand why such insults should be used.       Hello and welcome to the AskGamblers forum. The ladies above have already gave you pretty good advice. Wish I could say something different for the aforementioned casino, but their complaint history with us is simply awful. Personally, I would never deposit in a casino which would give me the runaround for months only to say I broke some of their rules at the end and to confiscate my money.
