      Everything depends on player's depositing history with the relevant casino I would say. Usually I'm getting at least 3-4 times free spins or chips in a row after a dry period at the casino I'm currently playing... This way they show some respect to a valuable customer and try their best to keep me for the future when more deposits will come. If we talk about new registered customers, who never made even one successful deposit, then it is casino's responsibility to adjust their system in a way that none of these new customers would be allowed to get a second no deposit bonus in a row. This could save a lot of future troubles both to casino and players...and AskGamblers as well, as we are getting very often complaints concerning such issues.

      Slow is the key word when it comes to the level of players protection offered by MGA so far. Not so sure about their efficiency either to be honest as I used their service twice back in 2009 and 2010 and in both cases their final decisions had nothing to do with the fair outcome. The funny moment was that one of these complaints I had with MGA was later resolved successfully by Gambling Grumbles and the other one by our own AskGamblers. In the name of the truth, some players report they have significantly increased their speed for complaints resolution process, however I'm afraid nothing has changed that much for the way they form their final decisions. Actually, I don't remember even one case where player reported they judged in his/her favor. So, you could draw your own conclusions I guess...
